The unpleasant moment is associated with the massage therapist. I had 5 massages: 1st general (paid), 2nd and 3rd partial (included in treatment), 4th and 5th Thai (paid). Thai - everything is wonderful. But on the 5th floor (where the procedures take place): It is very unpleasant that during the first, additionally paid, general massage, from the first to the last minute of the massage they do not give you any hints, but almost extort you to bring a “tip” (I was told the amount of 10 euros, my wife - 20), because “After all, massage can be done in different ways...” I ended up canceling the next general paid massage (I originally booked two additional paid ones) and replaced it with a Thai one. But because Neither I nor my wife brought anything “in the beak” (I think that in such a situation it’s disgusting to leave types), then the 2nd and 3rd partial (included in the treatment) massages took place in complete silence (even without a response to “hello” / goodbye from my side). But not a word more about types.

We were very pleased with all the staff. Upon arrival, we were met by Mikhail and Nadira, they explained everything to us in great detail and throughout our stay they were always attentive and friendly, with all questions that did not even concern the hotel, we turned to them, they always had time and patience for us. The medical staff, starting with the doctor, who spent a lot of time with us, are also very attentive. Special thanks to Marcela, Yaroslavl and Karl. All rooms with procedures (with the exception of water ones, they are located downstairs) are nearby, very convenient. Of course, I also liked the spa, the quiet, calm atmosphere, a special plus for the tea. I was very surprised by the cuisine, the variety and quality of food, always fresh salads. It’s very clean, every drop is wiped off immediately, the girls are all 👍👍👍Always in the evening there were 2 types of ice cream and fruit for breakfast and dinner (we didn’t take lunch). The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the girls who cleaned the rooms always had a smile on their faces and asked if everything was fine with us 5+. The beds are very comfortable. We reserved parking for the car and everything was fine with that too. We were very pleased. We would like to thank the entire staff once again, we hope to come again.Negatives

I was here for the first time, I liked it. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, although it is starting to deteriorate. Excellent work from the staff, you feel welcome here, very attentive and friendly attitude. All requests were fulfilled literally immediately. The only thing they couldn’t help with was changing the uncomfortable pillow; I slept without it at all. I would especially like to mention Nadira at the reception, the waitress Tanya, and the physiotherapists are all excellent. I feel like my back has become easier. I would like to note the delicious and varied food, only the baked goods were modest for a 4-star hotel. (there is something to compare with). A big plus is ice cream for dinner, it was a lifesaver in this heat. I really liked the spa, a special plus for the tea in it. Very well located, everything within walking distance. Hotel made a well-kept impression. Be sure to reserve a parking space in advance! Food was very varied and sufficient. It was always refilled, no matter what time you came. There were many different dishes, so we think there is something for everyone. Reception staff was very friendly. Although they don't speak German, communication was possible satisfactorily using a mobile phone translation program. The rest of the staff and therapists don't speak German either, but their work and the treatments were still very good. They were all friendly. In the second half of August, preventive treatment in the hotel "Anglický Dvůr". The location of the hotel is not too far from the Colonada. Very clean hotel, also in the room. The food was very tasty. The treatments were more than sufficient. On cold, rainy evenings we were saved in the sauna and salt cave. The sauna is new, great. I would like to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff. Nadira at the reception, the girls in the cleaning department, and in the restaurant, everyone is very nice and friendly. Cleaning was done every day and the girls worked flawlessly. Special respect to the chef for a very tasty and varied menu: there is always a choice of meat dishes, side dishes, salads, appetizers, soups, drinks. Wonderful pastries and ice cream! Despite the abundance of food, you can choose a diet according to your taste. I really liked the doctor, listened to my complaints, prescribed all the necessary procedures, after treatment I felt as if I had been born again. The nurses during the procedures are very sincere and affectionate, although there are always a lot of people. The transfer from Prague Airport to the hotel was so terrible, we had to wait for more than three hours! The reservation at Anglicky Dvur was for two. In our room we had a king size bed and we had to sleep together in one bed for two weeks.
