If you want to receive a full course of treatment of 10 procedures during a two-week stay, you will not be able to do this. You will be prescribed 6 massages, 6 baths, 6 injections and 1-4 procedures. The result is a mishmash, lack of systemic treatment...

The hotel is excellent. We vacationed here for the second time, we liked everything. The food was good. If you are leaving on an excursion and don’t have time for dinner, then they leave you a cold plate with a snack and bread so you can overeat. There is good coffee at the reception. Due to the Karlovy Vary Film Festival, we were given a completely different room with 1 bed for two. But the next day they changed it and gave me another one with 2 beds on the 3rd floor.

I thank Pavlina Rudovskaya for the accommodation, my wishes regarding the choice of room were taken into account, I like to live in the far building with S No. There were never any comments about the cleaning. The staff at the reception is very attentive - they will explain things, give you advice, give you an umbrella and a thermos as a deposit, and make coffee. My doctor Olesya Kovach, a very good specialist, an attentive, sensitive person and simply beautiful. The entire list of procedures is published on the website, they will be prescribed according to your health condition, do not hesitate to coordinate with your doctor. The medical staff is attentive, the massage therapists are all good, I ask you to appoint Lyudmila to me, I like her work. The cook is good and cooks delicious food. The waiters are polite and serve quickly. Thank you for the bouquet of flowers for my birthday, a very pleasant hotel tradition.Negatives

Either it was too old, or simply deformed, I don’t know. And the position of the mirror was not thought out, in fact, only in the bathroom. Because it was inconvenient to use it in the closets.
