We are very grateful for a good time at the hotel! Wonderful treatment procedures, excellent food, excellent attitude of the staff. It’s nice that an 8-year-old child was also treated! I liked everything very much. There is no language barrier, all issues were resolved without problems. I recommend this hotel for different categories of people.

Наш отель является историческим зданием, архитектурные особенности которого не позволяют иметь одинаковые номера, поэтому каждый номер по-своему уникален. Однако, у экономов есть правило, что там всегда вид в стену соседнего здания. Номера эконом НИКОГДА не выходят окнами на Садовую улицу. Oкна номеров, которые находятся на 4. этаже, совсем незначительно меньше, чем стандартные окна. Мы надеемся на ваш следующий визит, и очень рекомендуем сообщить отелю заранее Ваши пожелания относительно номера. С уважением,

Not our first time in Karlovy Vary, but this is the best hotel we have visited. The hotel has been renovated. Excellent location, very close to the springs. Wonderful work by all the staff (cleaning every day, procedures exactly as scheduled, quick check-in, etc.). Very tasty food in the restaurant, the only remark is to add a little desserts, otherwise one type of pie and only for breakfast is somehow not enough, although .... good for the figure.) maybe for the better. I am generally in love with Karlovy Vary. I vacationed this year in May. This is not my first visit, but it was my first time staying at the English Court. I liked everything very much: location, room, food, treatment, friendliness of the staff. And if there are any small problems that concern you personally, then with a positive attitude towards life, everything can be solved. If there are no ramps, and I can’t lift even a light suitcase, there is a very nice hotel employee, Miroslav, who helped me resolve this issue with a smile. If I have a sweet tooth and I missed delicious strudels and cheesecake puffs in the morning, this was compensated by a large number of cozy cafes where you can drink delicious coffee and eat poppy seed strudel. The hotel is located on a beautiful, quiet street, close to the springs. Economy room, small but cozy, windows to the courtyard, on the wall, it suited us, because... it was quiet, only the birds were singing. There are no comments regarding cleaning, everything is fine. The food is excellent, the menu is delicious, for lunch and dinner there were not enough pastries for tea and not enough fruit, a toaster would be nice for breakfast. The staff is very kind, the boy Yura at the reception is a great guy, he explained everything in detail about the stores and printed out the bus schedule. The nurses are great, they are trying, the schedule of procedures was not very convenient at first, at my request the head nurse adjusted it a little, thanks to her. The double room was excellent (No. S201), but I didn’t like the triple room (No. 203). The room is on two levels, there are not enough closets, and overall it is inconvenient for living.

We have been to this hotel for the sixth time and this is the best rating. I posted detailed reviews earlier. Among the innovations, we can note the better organization of the buffet in the restaurant and a new coffee machine. Everything else is at the expected good level.Negatives
On the downside, the waiters in the restaurant became less friendly (tired?). We need to better monitor the replenishment of the buffet: replenishment of salads, cold cuts, pastries, bread, etc. All these are little things, but they create an atmosphere... Also, the hotel (or you when booking) does not currently have the option of late check-out, we wanted to extend room until the evening, but we were told that our room would already be in demand after lunch, and it would not be profitable for them to offer a new one until the evening (there are few cleaning ladies). But these are small things again.

К сожалению, подведение воды связано с огромным количеством бюрократических процессов, о которых изначально не было заявлено городом, поэтому произошли задержки с подведением минеральной воды. Более того, в процессе работ, Министерство Здравоохранения выпустило новый закон, к которому также пришлось готовиться и, соответственно, откладывать непосредственный запуск воды. Сейчас данный процесс находится в финальной стадии. Благодарим Вас за понимание, надеемся, что все остальные впечатления об отеле - исключительно положительные. Будем рады видеть Вас вновь!
