We rested at the English Court from November 20 to December 7, 2015. The hotel is located on a quiet, beautiful street. The springs are very close, the farthest first spring is a 7-minute walk. We lived in a standard room on the 4th floor. The room is clean, good bed linen, very comfortable mattress. Cleaned every day, no complaints. Towels, bed linen and bathrobes were changed in a timely manner. We arrived on Friday afternoon and had a doctor’s appointment on Sunday. We really liked the doctor Olesya Kovach. Attentive, professional examination, competent prescription of procedures. The list of medical procedures in the hotel is not very long, but they were enough to feel an improvement. We were given a massage by a pleasant young woman, Zuzana Blakhova, special thanks to her. The food was wonderful! The cook at the hotel is great! The girls serving in the restaurant are very pleasant, always friendly and pleasant. At the reception they helped with any questions. The hotel gives the impression of being very homely and cozy. If you want silence, be sure to ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard. In the morning, garbage men roar on the street, and in the afternoon, in the house opposite, construction is in full swing. And beware of the "duplex rooms". They consist of a small living room and a bedroom under the ceiling - you have to climb up a narrow wooden ladder. Running to the toilet at night is a whole story, especially for a child. And it’s stuffy to sleep, even with the window open.

My husband and I are very pleased that we chose the English Court Hotel. Excellent location: close to the springs and the city center, but away from the bustle. The hotel itself has been thoroughly renovated and the hotel is kept perfectly clean. My husband and I had a large triple room. It is very thought out for a cozy and comfortable stay. The food is simply excellent: in 2 weeks there was not a single repetition of hot dishes and soups, everything was prepared from high-quality and fresh ingredients. We went to the most recommended restaurants in KV and were convinced that the food in the hotel was at the same high level. The medical department is modern, the staff work professionally. All employees are attentive and friendly. We are definitely planning to come to KV and to this hotel.Negatives

When giving very painful injections, Mrs. Monika always joked and smiled and the procedure became painless. Special thanks to the manager Natalya, who helped solve our problems and checked us into the room immediately upon arrival. A deep bow to the restaurant workers and fed them with goodies. Construction in front of the hotel was a little disturbing, but it didn’t spoil the impression of the hotel. And I wanted the cooler on the 5th floor to have hot water.

Some single rooms are simply tiny. The repairs are careless - drawers, for example, have handles that fall off with enviable regularity. The procedures take place in normal rooms, but the corridors where you wait in line are terrible: cramped conditions, drafts, and not enough chairs. The chefs work perfectly while the hotel is half empty. As the number of people increased, the quantity of food decreased and the quality deteriorated. Bed linen (white) is changed only once a week. In general, a solid three stars, no higher.

We come to this hotel for the second year in a row, everything is fine: very friendly and caring staff: at the reception, accommodation, restaurant, maids. The medical staff is also very professional and pleasant. The hotel is located in the center of the resort and everything around is pleasing to the eye. The cuisine is very decent, the cook is a master of his craft, he cooks deliciously and beautifully, the food is not heavy, but even by the standards of high-star hotels it is varied - trout, carp, rabbit, duck, lamb, the dishes are beautifully served. Beautiful halls, rooms with new furniture and equipment, many Russian TV channels, high-quality cleaning and the maids try to do it when we are on procedures. Wi-Fi worked very well both in the room and in the restaurant and even during procedures. In general, if we get together next year, we will come to this hotel. It would be nice to receive periodic information from the hotel about ongoing innovations and promotions.Negatives
The only negative thing that can be noted is that some floors are undergoing cosmetic repairs and replacing furniture, and sometimes there are drafts and odors, but there is not much noise, and the workers behave very correctly and try to be inconspicuous. There is no noise from the renovation, and there are no marks on the stairs and in the halls either. But we saw that other hotels are also undergoing renovations and we can understand them, as long as there is no rush, the renovations can be done with little effort. This did not cause any discomfort for us, although some vacationers were unhappy.

Very quiet and peaceful hotel with polite staff. You can note the work of the waiters, they replenished the dishes on time (some hotels are guilty of this). The menu is quite balanced, the printed menu shows the number of calories. Personally, it was very convenient for me because I watch my weight. Good choice: porridge, muesli, eggs, cottage cheese, sausages, cheeses, salads, vegetables. For lunch you can choose from 2-3 types of soup, various side dishes and several types of meat. My subjective opinion is that the treatment is weak. The spine is not treated here, no matter what they say. In any case, I still haven’t felt any significant improvement with my osteochondrosis.
