Very good hotel. The staff is very friendly, fulfills all wishes. Everyone speaks Russian, you just feel at home. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. 1.You can drink tea in a restaurant 24 hours a day. Tea, sugar, boiling water, thermos - everything is provided at our disposal. The door to the restaurant is open at night too. 2. If the excursion or departure home is early, then you get food with you or bring it yourself: sandwiches, fruit, bottles of water. 3.very tasty and varied food. The cook cooks very tasty food. The breakfasts are wonderful. Non-alcoholic drinks are free. Pies every day, dessert in the evening. I could write two more pages of ode to the cook. Thanks a lot. 4. In my room the refrigerator was making unpleasant sounds, they replaced it the next day with a new one, the toilet seat was not screwed tightly, everything was fixed the same day. 5.2 saunas and a salt room can be visited free of charge every day. Towels and sheets, tea - everything is provided. Super! 6. Free trial entry for an hour to the thermal pool with 8 saunas is also a good deal. I advise you to pay extra and stay longer. 7. From the hotel there is a free tour of Karlovy Vary. It was a very cool idea. 8. Rooms are cleaned every day and on weekends too. Clean and good. Every day you receive a bar of soap and shower gel. This is certainly a lot. I didn't need that much soap. 9. All the necessary and important procedures are there, nothing superfluous. If we wanted some changes in the plan, the head nurse made concessions and changed plans. I arrived with a cold. On the night of departure I fell ill. I was prescribed procedures that can be used for a cold, then I felt better and some procedures were replaced without problems. 10. Many thanks to the manager and of course to all the friendly staff for taking care of us and allowing us to enjoy treatment and relaxation so wonderfully without stress.Negatives
