We booked the Aqua Marina hotel for 6 nights, including treatment and meals. The hotel is located in the very center opposite the colonnade. The room is beautiful, comfortable bed and mattresses, there is a refrigerator, TV, bathrobes and slippers. Lots of lighting fixtures: floor lamp, table lamps. Large wardrobe. The bathroom is wonderful. I liked the cosmetics sets: soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, cap and even a nail file. There is a hairdryer. Room cleaning was excellent. Medical procedures in the same hotel, attentive medical staff, wonderful head nurse. Everyone understands Russian. The swimming pool and two saunas in the hotel are wonderful! The food is beyond praise! They probably changed the chefs, read early reviews about the poor menu, but everything turned out to be simply wonderful - varied, tasty and there is a choice for every taste! And what a huge fireplace in the restaurant! Every dinner they lit a live fire and candles - very atmospheric! The reception staff and waiters are professional: helpful, attentive. We really liked the Aqua Marina Hotel. This is my third time in Karlovy Vary, but I liked this hotel the most. The hotel is located in the center of the springs. You don’t have to walk far. The rooms are beautiful. They clean every day, change towels. The rooms are warm .Was from 10/8/2021 to 10/16/2021. We received 20 procedures in a week. The staff was very attentive. We had 3 meals a day. The food was just super. The food was delicious, the portions were large. Breakfast and dinner would have been enough. Every dinner they light a fireplace with firewood in the restaurant. And every Friday there is live music for dinner and grilled meat on the fireplace. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy and warm. The pool is open from 8 am to 20.00. The water in the pool is warm. 2 saunas. Every day from 16.00 to 20.00 sauna open.. We left rested. The Aqua Marina Hotel & Spa in Karlovy Vary made the most favorable impression on us. I liked the location of the hotel - right opposite the Mill Colonnade with springs. The food is simply good, friendly, professional staff. We would especially like to mention the hotel maids, attentive and kind waiters in the restaurant, as well as the nurses. Special thanks to the hospitable and simply amazing Mrs. Yana at the reception. The breakfast is delicious and varied. For lunch and dinner, in addition to main courses upon order, several salads and appetizers are always served. I liked the pool with two small saunas and the new, very beautiful bathroom. Antique furniture in the hotel and rooms, beautiful lamps, paintings, stained glass windows, carpets on the stairs - all this creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. При заезде отель сделал Вам бесплатный апгрейд на одноместное размещение в двухместном номере и Вы получили номер площадью 22 м2. Несмотря на улучшения, данный номер Вам показался мал и отель Вам показал номер категории люкс, площадью 30-35 м2. Все номера в отеле соответствуют их описанию на нашем сайте.
