On the last day of our stay, terrible instant coffee and very tasteless instant juice concentrate were offered as drinks for breakfast. I believe that it is unacceptable for a four-star hotel to serve such terrible drinks for breakfast. К сожалению в субботу утром сломалась кофеварка и мы приготовили кофе в чайник, другой день уже опять все было хорошо и кофе вкусное.

A really wonderful stay. The staff was so sweet with our baby (10 months). The location of the hotel is perfect, the service is courteous. The food is extensive and delicious. We are happy to recommend the Hotel Cajkovski in Karlovy Vary.

I have been to the hotel few years ago and enjoyed it a lot this is why I came back end of December for 2 weeks. But unfortunately everything has changed and I didn’t enjoy the stay. Thé food was not very good, I had some issues during my stay. The treatment was not exceptional compared to the one I had several years ago. The food, in comparison with other hotels, of course, leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is always monotonous. There is practically no chance for vegetarian food.
