We had a doctor's examination the next day after our arrival, very late...at 14:30...already at the end of their working day. And only 1 procedure in the morning before the doctor’s examination that day. Well, it’s hard to call it an examination...it’s more of a conversation: what diseases are there, are there any allergies...and the prescription of procedures for everyone is “standard”...so harmless...mainly baths, massage, inhalations, mud compresses, oxygen therapy, paraffin gloves... Better ask yourself and ask for the procedures you want, such as lymphatic drainage or gas injections.. Of the minuses... Wi-Fi was very poor... in the restaurant, at the reception it connected every other time... In the room (Tchaikovsky Palace) it didn’t connect at all! The rooms were cleaned nominally... well, at least the floors weren't vacuumed... Pieces of dust fell from the curtains when you pulled them back from above. And it’s very hot in the rooms... even if I set the system to cooling, hot air still came out... I had to open the windows.

Inconveniences when visiting the sauna. At least put up a partition screen so you can leave the sauna, rinse off in the shower, put on a swimsuit and go to the pool.

Old fallen pillows, poor food, there was almost no fruit, in the morning there was only a sliced orange, kiwi, a few grapes, which were quickly taken by the first ones, and there were none left, the baker had a cake for dessert, but it was always rotten and tasteless. As I understood, food was brought from somewhere, then it was no longer hot and unsightly and often tasteless. We told about this at the reception. I offered to bake a normal cake that didn't fall apart. In short, the food was prepared without love.

This was my second time at this hotel. The second trip was a spontaneous decision. And a big mistake. Right from the door, the meeting with the hotel administrator was an extremely unpleasant surprise. The disrespectful, I would say, boorish attitude towards the hotel guests was noticed not only by me, but by absolutely all vacationers. It was as if we had arrived not at a hotel, but at a camp with an overseer who considers himself to have the right to raise his voice at guests and give orders, I think this is simply unacceptable! I come 7 times to Karlovy Vary And only in this hotel did I encounter such an unceremonious attitude. I must say the food is also quite monotonous. And if you don’t arrive at the start of dinner, which starts at 6 p.m., but arrive at 7 p.m., then you can practically be left without dinner at all. Depends on the shift that is currently working in the cafeteria. The pool lacks basic things such as hooks for robe. The choice of procedures is very limited and is performed by two nurses who are clearly overloaded, not to mention massage, this is just some kind of profanation. I think it’s better to pay more than to endure such humiliation. I do not recommend anyone to travel to this hotel. And, of course, I won’t go there again.

I vacationed in January 2024. I liked everything! Small hotel with excellent service, clean, warm and cozy. The treatment process was wonderfully organized. The food was no frills, simple but home-style, tasty and varied, there was enough of everything. It is clear from many things that they are saving on everything. This is unpleasant because the price that guests pay is high. There is no way to get hot water at any time. Everyone runs around with thermoses. This is a big inconvenience. It should be possible to always get hot water for tea. I didn’t understand what was wrong with the air supply to the room. I often had to open the window. It was stuffy. The blanket is too warm. I had to take off the duvet cover and cover myself with it, and cover the lower part of my body with the blanket. It is impossible to drink coffee at dinner in the evening, only tea. This is also unpleasant. The fish they give is the cheapest and most tasteless.

Upon arrival in Karlovy Vary, we found ourselves in a very unpleasant situation (the situation had nothing to do with our stay at the hotel). No negatives, just negatives -cleaning every day, but very mediocre. It felt like wet cleaning had not been carried out in the bathroom at all; lumps of already collected dust were flying on the floor and in the corners. The weather was rainy, so the shoes were dirty. It was difficult to get into the room without staining the carpet near the door. I hope the dirt was at least removed before the next guests arrived. - food - don't expect variety and delicacies. The choice of food is not large, but everything is very tasty, home-made.

I would like to note the professionalism of all three administrators at the counter. Special thanks to one of the teams of cooks and waiters, the women are mostly older, but very sincere, friendly, despite the hard work. Every year we vacation in Karlovy Vary two or three times. We were at this hotel for the first time, and spontaneously took what was left on the website. We arrived on the weekend, only saw the doctor on Wednesday, on Thursday we were planning Prague, some of the procedures were removed from us, making it clear in a rude manner that these were our problems, either the trips or the procedures. Later the procedures were returned to us, but the mood was already ruined . The location of the pool is not convenient. The pool is free, but very small and in one room along with two saunas and two open showers, this gives a feeling of discomfort. The food is monotonous, there is a problem with fruit. I won’t write about the other disadvantages, we definitely won’t return to this hotel again.

Unfortunately there are no parking spaces nearby, apart from four that you have to reserve in advance. But everything else 👌 P.S. Trip to Prague was very nice, we had a good tour on behalf of Valentina, but visiting the beer cellar "U TEMPLARU" is the biggest disappointment, I'm sorry but I can't express it any other way. A 0.5 liter beer around €8, 0.02 Becherovka over €11, that says it all.
