This time we were disappointed. Instead of the promised 3 procedures per day (7 days 21 procedures), 11 procedures were performed. They asked for 7 euros for a certificate for the insurance company (previously it was free). The registrar GIEDRE BALEVIČIUTE issued a certificate with the wrong number of procedures (8 instead of 11) and with the wrong amount.

The furniture in the rooms needs to be updated. Especially the sofas in all rooms are sagging. This is simply undignified for an establishment of this level.

The comfort of the rooms advertised in the sanatorium is very regrettable. The mattresses are incredibly terrible, they negate the treatment, it would have been nice to have another blanket, I put it on for more or less convenience. The carpeting is in such a dirty state that an unpleasant impression of the room remains. The elevator from the treatment department did not work, it was difficult for elderly people to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor to go, and after the water procedures it was difficult to walk. And most importantly, there were no procedures for which the sanatorium was chosen. There is no information anywhere that they are not there. The description of hotels and treatments when choosing a sanatorium does not correspond to reality. I chose the sanatorium precisely because of the treatments that were not available, it’s a shame that the advertising is misleading when choosing a sanatorium.

Usually, in hotels in Europe, dinner on December 31 is made more solemn for all vacationers. In our case, the opposite happened. BKZ approvals lowered the "star rating" and instead of the restaurant they sent me to the canteen. I was offered a walk along the street so as not to get lost in the corridors. The last evening of the outgoing year was ruined.

we, Polina and Victor Leikin, with a group of six people, were relaxing at the Druskininkai hotel in the Grand SPA Lietuva complex. It was wonderful. Very nice staff at the hotel. I would like to especially note the women who work on drawing up visiting programs for various types of health prevention: Diana Zekiene is very respectful of vacationers, provides all kinds of assistance, is friendly, smiling - it is clear that the person is in the right place. They work great in a physiotherapy room. Everyone is ready to help with any treatment. Absolutely amazing people who work in baths, in mud, in CRIO. Ravena, Ira, Maryana, etc. They are “multi-machine operators”, i.e. work in different offices. Absolutely gorgeous Diana, who teaches sports classes both in the pool and in sports. hall Now I'm going to add a significant drop of tar. I want to talk about the restaurant. There are no complaints about the workers in the hall. Vice versa. Very friendly and smiling. As a group, we want to celebrate the cook, or rather the chef. Who makes the menu like that? Every other day everything repeats itself. Not only is there food, but it’s already tiring to look at this assortment of dishes. We stayed at the hotel for three weeks, but for the last ten days we ate in nearby cafes and restaurants. We have been going to this hotel for many years and every year the same thing happens again. We are going to come again next year, but if the chef's service is the same, we will move to another hotel. Thank you for everything good.
