The complex itself has a very decent medical and preventive base, good massages, physio, a spring right in the complex, parking both on the street and, if desired, indoor ... This is not a sanatorium!! This is a public entertainment complex... As calm as the atmosphere in the town is, it is noisy in the complex itself... The main reason is the children! Someone is superfluous here, either patients, or families with children.. Noise, din, screaming, running around, loud conversations... It’s everywhere - in the restaurant, halls, during procedures... it’s impossible to relax! Head spin! The next thing is “excellent” audibility in the rooms! You can hear other people's conversations, the TV is very disturbing... In the mini suites there is a problem with smoking from below (the location is covered balconies, it is better not to open the doors). I can’t explain the reasons, but the Internet worked stably only in the hall of the first floor. The rooms had to be constantly rebooted... and, as fans, for example, will understand, when watching football this leads to stress... at least they set it up in a minimal way, plus they moved me higher only after 5 days of constant complaints! I went to the water park at most 4 times in two weeks... the reasons were congestion, noise, queues (!!!) in the bathhouses, crowding in the jacuzzi... it was possible to make the time for those who came for treatment separate... at the same time the main feature - the bathhouse on the street - is closed. As it turned out, massage therapists are not interested in additionally paid procedures (!), which seems to be related to the financing mechanism. In general, expectations were only partially justified; we were unable to relax comfortably...

On the website, in the treatment section, the following procedures were stated: gas injections and dry carbon dioxide baths. In fact, Druskininkai sanatoriums do not provide these procedures. Of the 72 procedures announced for our treatment period, 12 procedures were a visit to the water park, although in the description on the website it was written that a visit to the water park is included in the total price, it would be better not to misinform patients. В общей сумме получается 60 процедур за весь период, которые Вы получили. Аквапарк входит в общую стоимость и не числится как отдельная процедура. I didn’t like that the initial appointment was conducted by a doctor who rarely visits the hospital. For example, during my three-week stay, the therapist who prescribed the procedures for me no longer saw me. Therefore, I did not have the opportunity to get advice from her about the effectiveness or replacement of prescribed procedures after 2-3 visits. This was important for me, because I was in a sanatorium for the first time (which I immediately warned the therapist about) and I did not understand the principle of prescribing the procedures and their effectiveness or all the contraindications. When prescribing the procedures, the doctor did not tell me about the contraindications of the prescribed procedures and did not ask me about all the chronic diseases and problems of my health. She limited herself only to those health problems that I myself told her about. The hospital does not have a doctor on duty who can quickly measure the blood pressure of patients with hypertension. Blood pressure is measured by a doctor who sees patients by appointment, so sometimes you have to wait 40-50 minutes. I was surprised by the lack of dietary nutrition for patients with various chronic diseases. There is no control from the hotel administration over maintaining silence in the hotel after 23.00. Children are running and screaming along the corridors, groups of vacationers are loudly having fun on the balconies, which creates problems with compliance with the regime for those undergoing treatment.

We lived in room 207 next to the corridor to the conference room. The first working day of the conference ended with a buffet until two o'clock in the morning. Loud laughter, talking, slamming doors and constant movement back and forth naturally prevent sleep. It is advisable to close the internal corridor after 10 pm. Walk along the street to the hotel - 1 minute.
