I lived in a 4* hotel of the complex (Hotel "Druskininkai", there are also 3* and apartments). Hotel buildings, a hospital and its own water park (with a swimming pool, slides, hydromassage and bath complexes) are connected by covered passages for treatment, etc. You can wear bathrobes. Pump rooms with mineral water are in the hospital and in the courtyard of the complex. The complex is located in the very center of the resort area of the village. The intercity bus is 7 minutes at a leisurely pace. There are also two lakes with a park (at the time of your stay, a field of daffodils and sakura was in bloom). There are two more parks at the same distance in other directions. One of them has a rope park of amazing sizes and designs, including a flight across the Neman. On weekdays it is very quiet. On weekends, “locals” come for treatment. The staff is kind, everyone speaks Russian. Meals for four (buffet) may not seem varied enough for some: at all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) there is 1 soup, 3 main courses, 3 salads, vegetables and herbs, herring (local flavor), a bunch of meat snacks and cheeses, always natural coffee from a coffee machine (ground from beans), cakes and juices with fruit, additionally cottage cheese and porridge in the morning. They also work a la carte (for money). The treatment is high-quality, the complex is extensive - mineral baths, mud, physio-, halo-, baro-, and other therapies, as indicated for whom.Negatives

Convenient location, close to the cable car to the ski slope and most other attractions, all within walking distance. Very polite, caring staff responsible for treatment procedures. All treatment rooms, including a wonderful water park, are located inside the complex; there is no need to go outside. The food is excellent! В первую очередь, хотим принести наши искрении извинения за неудобства с которыми Вы столкнулись во время своего приезда, а также хотим прояснить ситуацию. Первая резервация, которую мы получили от наших партнёров, 2 номера в гостинице "Lietuva"***. Через некоторое время, получили изменения на данную резервацию, но только на один номер. Изменения заключались в том, что один номер перенесли в гостиницу "Druskininkai", изменений на другой номер мы не получали. Мы не можем знать, что и как договаривалось с нашими партнёрами, от них мы получаем просто уже готовый заказ или изменения на уже имеющий заказ. В данный момент так и получилась, что без документа/подтверждения наших партнёров, мы ничего изменить не можем, а тем более предугадать такую или похожую ситуацию. Ваши пожелания о номере, мы также не получили. Что касается работника регистратуры, действительно у нас заселение с 14 ч. Если есть возможность заселить гостей в номер раньше, мы так и делаем. Сразу Вас могли не заселить только по двум причинам: номер ещё занят или ещё не убран. Если в регистратуре нет очередей, это вовсе не говорит о том, что гостиница полупустая. Мы вкладываем много усилий, для того, чтобы очереди не появлялись и мы могли быстро и качественно обслуживать наших гостей. Это не ржавчина, а определённые минералы, которые постояв меняют цвет, поэтому, для внутреннего применения, врачи советуют принимать воду не более чем за 12 часов после того, как вода наливается в стакан. Very hospitable staff at the Druskininkai Lithuania hotel. Good, high quality, varied menu. The rooms are decent, but not all rooms of the same category are the same. We really liked it at the hospital. You can get any kind of treatment from professional massage, magnificent baths, mud of different temperatures. You can plunge into -160 degrees in a cryo procedure. Of particular note is the swimming pool with its numerous saunas, a cool steam room, and fascinating slides for children and adults. A pleasant tea with herbs for various diseases: stomach, liver, joints, etc. It is impossible not to mention the doctors. Great location, great organization. I checked in at midnight, but everything was already prepared and I had a doctor’s appointment in the morning. Dr. Victoria professionally described all the required procedures and was always ready to help and explain everything that was necessary.
