We were faced with a very unpleasant situation. In fact, this is a deception. We rented a junior suite in the Druskininkai complex (4 stars). When placing an order through sanatoriums.com, there was a warning that in the summer season lunches and dinners will be held in another building of the sanatorium corresponding to 3 stars. For our order was 2 days old. And 4 days later we should have already received 4-star service. We agreed and made the order. After 2 days, no changes occurred. We contacted the reception desk with a complaint. We were told that there was a corona virus in the yard and they don’t know anything. Then we asked to inform the hotel owner that we would write a review and complain about the obvious deception. We were told that we could do whatever we wanted. As a result, we were forced to eat in a 3-star dining room (from a cauldron called a buffet) on plastic chairs and the same tables when we paid for food at a 4-star restaurant. No one apologized to us or compensated us for anything. We have never encountered such obvious deception. We would like to know how sanatorium.som protects its clients from the obvious arbitrariness of the owner of the sanatorium. I wouldn't want to go to court. But this is not whims, but obvious deception and complete disregard for the client.Positives

Druskininkai is a magical place. We celebrated the 3rd New Year. We like it here. But the place I stayed left a double impression. The hotel liked the woman who was responsible for cleaning the room. Very pleasant and responsible. The reception service works well. Good parking for cars.Negatives
The cost of stay increases every year. But the quality of services is falling. The buffet menu is smaller. Some days, to drink coffee or tea, you had to stand in line for about 20 minutes. The coffee machine broke down. The water was running out. And no one really moved. This has never happened before. If you come to lunch in the middle of lunch, you run out of juices and water. Somehow it all looked wild. Regarding the treatment. From the first arrival, I was touched by the massage procedure lasting 15 minutes. Therefore, we took 2 procedures in 1 visit. 15 plus 15 is 30. Everywhere, but not with masseuses. From the moment of entry and exit, 21 to 24 minutes passed. This has never happened before either. At the same time, the quality of the massage has dropped. I am a former athlete and understand massage well. The first two girls who did it were far from a normal understanding of the massage process. The last massage therapist was a girl who performed 2 of my procedures, a specialist of a good level, but the time was still a little less than expected. My wife joins my complaints, for whom the massage time was also always reduced and the service itself was of dubious quality. They didn’t raise the issue on the spot, they didn’t want to get on our nerves while on vacation. I think this is wrong. The living conditions indicated 2 doctor visits and 24 procedures. In fact, 1 visit and 23 procedures. Friends in other sanatoriums in Druskininkai had 32 procedures over the same period, comparable in cost. All this spoils the impression and makes you think about changing your place of stay in Druskininkai. We are going not just to a hotel, but to a sanatorium. I would like an excellent impression of the place itself to correspond to the level of the establishment.Positives

Во всех номерах гостиницы Druskininkai сейфы есть, только часть их электронные, часть открываются при помощи ключа. Что касается слишком мягких матрасов, во всех номерах матрасы одинаковые, средней мягкости. Для гостей, которым наши матрасы не подходят, мы предлагаем замену матраса на более твердые, которые совсем недавно приобрели.
