Good afternoon dear site administration, We were very pleased with our stay at the Druskinenkai sanatorium. Excellent, convenient location; allows you to walk in the city center and take advantage of available entertainment. I also want to note the excellent service. All staff, including reception staff, waiters, cleaners, not to mention the medical staff, are highly professional. People are friendly and try to help resolve every problem that arises. The start of procedures is on time and clearly organized. There are no problems with replacing procedures at the reception desk (after the doctor’s permission): the staff patiently and kindly looks for convenient options for receiving procedures. In general, we are grateful to the staff of the sanatorium for providing us with the opportunity to have a good rest and treatment.

Restaurant staff needs some training to be more cheerful. Just a simple smile, or hello and show of some attention to people, would be very helpful and appreciated.

I arrived at the hotel on Sunday. Check-in was quick, we were given a single room with 1 large bed. On the same day, an appointment was made with a very competent and responsive doctor. The food at the Grand SPA Lietuva Druskininkai was delicious, despite the lack of variety. I liked the gymnastics and spinal traction in mineral water, I highly recommend it! Druskininkai mineral water turned out to be suitable for me, although I drank it for only 6 days, but even during this short time I felt its effect on myself. The location of the hotel is wonderful, it is within walking distance to both the lake and shops.Negatives
Of the minuses, I would like to note that at the price set by Sanatoriums, the hotel provides an Optimal program, which includes 3 procedures per day and a visit to the water park. Spinal traction is considered by the doctor as 2 procedures, please take this into account. therefore, fewer procedures are actually obtained than stated.
