I came to the Aqua Marina spa hotel for the second time. A very beautiful, cozy hotel, located next to the springs, which is very important for people with diseases of the musculoskeletal system. All the staff work professionally, with full dedication, and the attitude is very friendly. A wonderful doctor - Natalya: she prescribes treatment very professionally, is attentive, and does not limit the number of appointments. The hotel is small, no fuss, a homely feeling. I am grateful to all the hotel staff for their responsive attitude. I really want to come to the Aqua Marina hotel again.Negatives
On my first visit (March 2014), the food in the restaurant was at a high level, but this year the quality and variety of food has changed for the worse.

Basically I can only mention positive points. We were greeted very warmly, quickly settled in, and had an appointment with the doctor that same day. The procedures began the next day, on average we had 2 procedures before lunch. Taking into account the fact that we went to the springs to drink water three times, I think the treatment program was very intense, plus additional procedures were taken. The balneocenter in Aquamarine is small, but there are not many guests, so there were no queues at all and we went through the procedure calmly.

The hotel is beautiful both externally and internally, the interiors are stylishly decorated. Pleasant homely atmosphere as in all small hotels. The room is fully stuffed with all the little things: an umbrella, shoe brushes, bags, sewing supplies, etc. well fed, a lot of cuttings, vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, muesli, porridge. Polite and attentive staff.

Modern, well furnished spa hotel with excellent staff. From what I liked, I can highlight the room - beautiful interiors, completely new furniture, fast wi-fi, large bathroom. The food at the hotel is good - the food is delicious. The only point is that if there are not many people in the hotel, then for some reason they make breakfast rather meager, the choice of dishes is not very large. Regarding the treatment, I can note that the procedures are generally standard for Karlovy Vary; in any other spa hotel it is essentially the same.
