The kitchen staff were mostly very polite and did their job well, meaning that the table was set quickly and the dishes were cleared away quickly and our wishes were always taken into account. The doctor with her "initial examination" disappointed us very much because she had no interest in examining us at all and did not respond to our wishes regarding the applications and prescribed exactly the opposite of what we wanted. Maybe she is with us herself and the world dissatisfied. She also portrayed the country of the Czech Republic as the Middle Ages, even though she works there and earns good money. The €55 for 3 minutes so-called examination is more than princely and excessive for a doctor who hasn't even measured blood pressure didn't give her name anywhere and had no interest or desire to give us proper advice. Next time we won't want to go for such an examination. The transfer was misplanned, many detours, many tedious hours were lost collecting people and then the tired driver wanted to get the job done faster and as a result the necessary toilet breaks were missed and we just kept driving. On the return transfer we were about 21 Man packed into a narrow, uncomfortable bus with a trailer and sent across Germany to villages with narrow streets and lots of cars, where such a bus doesn't fit in and often doesn't even get through. We only felt sorry for the drivers because of the bad planning of the tours, but Nevertheless, they did their job brilliantly. Big respect to the transfer drivers. The last guests had to drive over 10 hours before they were brought home. Of course, no one was enthusiastic about such a trip. The guests were tired and very upset. Dear management please change that. Thank you very much.

food - everything is fresh, but the amount of food is very limited - fruits, vegetables. although in the morning pancakes are prepared live for breakfast for everyone. Not enough variety of cereals. no tea for lunch or dinner, only plain water, no special diet food. Sauna opening hours are from 14.00 to 20.00. no masseur. massage is performed by honey. sisters who work all day on procedures and cleaning at the spa. therefore, in the masses in the afternoon, each time with someone else... it seems to me that the price does not fully reflect the quality of services for people who came for 2, 3 weeks for treatment. Nevertheless, I would like to say THANK YOU for all the good things. we love the Czech Republic and Karlovy Vary.

We have just spent a week at the Hotel Aqua Marina in Karlovy Vary and are very impressed. We found the cozy and hospitable hotel, which is located directly on the colonnade in the spa center, very charming and it met all of our expectations. Very friendly and humane staff from reception, restaurant, room service, as well as in the medical area are always at the guest's side on every occasion. Applications were personally adapted and planned for each individual in a confidential conversation, and our wishes and excursions were taken into account. Three different dishes are offered twice a day, for lunch and dinner, and the breakfast buffet also offers a sufficient selection. We enjoyed the food. We also used the small swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, they are accessible and not overwhelmed. The staff treats every guest with equal friendliness, regardless of their origin, language and nationality, and is not overly politicized. You can speak Russian, German, English, Ukrainian and Czech calmly in the hotel in order to be understood and served. We will definitely come back. Big compliments and many thanks to the front door transfer and the friendly and experienced minibus drivers.

The holiday was a success!!! Positive emotions started from the reception. Friendly staff, cleanliness and style were present everywhere. We stayed in room 55 without a balcony, but this did not affect anything. Nightingales sang outside the window all night. We came to relax after a hard year and got what we wanted. Minimum procedures, all colonnades nearby. And the chef gave us gastronomic pleasure. Wonderful, friendly waitresses. Swimming pool from 8 to 20, from 16 saunas. Everything is great, I recommend it.
