Probably not a very good time to travel - before Christmas. With the decrease in the number of vacationers, the choice of dishes on the buffet for lunch and dinner also decreased. On some days, the buffet only had chopped tomatoes, green leaves, and in the third cup some sprouted seeds. Sometimes there were no desserts. Fruits are often cut into pieces or not of the first freshness. I doubt that such a range of dishes corresponds to four-star hotel food.
Medical care - the doctor was seeing him in a wrinkled, untidy robe, the nurse was taking blood without gloves, without a robe, and wearing street shoes. The medical center is small, but there is still not enough staff, which makes it difficult to schedule procedures. In the evening, the staff (cleaning ladies) sit in the sauna. Service - towels in the room were changed every day, but the robe was not changed even once in 10 days, despite requests. In 10 days the room was vacuumed once. The cleaners came at the most inconvenient times, and when asked to come later, they came the next day. Food - a meager assortment, fresh fruits were cut into pieces, hot dishes in most cases were not tasty. The hotel clearly does not correspond to the declared 4 stars, the level of management is low.
The hotel website states that a comprehensive stay includes 17 procedures per week (34 in two), which was clearly carried out, but when booking you indicated that there would be 37 procedures for the specified period, and this is not true. This did not cause negative emotions for me, but others may have them and then, because of such a trifle, a claim may arise.
The breakfast buffet is quite varied. As for dinners: the portions are quite meager even for my slender body, and a light salad on the side cannot fix this. Portions rarely include a side dish. Some days there were no towels at the pool
