For the first time I booked a sanatorium and transfer on the website sanatoriums.com. Satisfied with absolutely everything. I especially want to note the work of the transfer service. My husband dropped his phone in the car, the loss was noticed only upon check-in. 7 minutes after calling the service, the phone was brought to the hotel - thank you very much for the prompt work! We were at the hotel from 10/13/19 to 10/23/19, two adults and a 3-year-old child, we booked a standard room - upon check-in they gave us a view of the colonnade - nice). We bought 2 meals a day + treatment. The set of procedures is standard, but the warmth and care with which they are performed deserves a great compliment and gratitude. In general, all the staff perform their duties very well, from the maids to the chief doctor. During my stay, the child had a birthday - the hotel congratulated him with a large cake with candles. 1. First, we were placed in a room on the 4th floor, where the roof slope hung over the bed and there was a danger of hitting our heads on it. With great reluctance, we were given another room the next day. But the mood was already ruined. 2. Noise from the street. During the day, people and cars make noise, home-grown musicians constantly turn on equipment with speakers with some monotonous melody and play along with it on a saxophone, violin, etc. At night, you can hear the constant noise of the river - water flows in cascades and it seems that it is raining heavily. It is impossible to close the window, because... There is no air conditioning in the room and staying in it turns into a complete nightmare. They turned on the fan, so it removed all the dust from the curtains. Below the windows there is a bar and from there you can hear loud conversation and smoke from cigarettes. 3. Food is poor and tasteless. Often over-salted, meat and fish are dry, vegetables are simply boiled, without any spices. There is unwashed sand in green salads. 4. Treatment. Doctor Olesya Kovach is indifferent. The procedures are usual for resorts in the Czech Republic. However, my husband’s carbon dioxide injections were canceled twice. (device is faulty). On the last day they demanded to pay 150 CZK for stickers. When asked whether this fee could be taken into account for unfilled injections, they suggested replacing it with other procedures not authorized by the doctor. for which there was no time. 5. Мнoгo наших пoстoянных клиентoв нам тепер уже гoвoрит штo произошло значительное улучшение, но, конечно, мы будем и далее постоянно работать над етим. Я знаю о проблеме с 2-дневной поломкой газовой форсунки, но я также знаю, что все ваши процедуры были заменены на другие даты. И что вам предложили другие методы лечения, но вы отказались от всего. О том, что вы просили добавить освещение в ванную, действительно ничего не знаею, никакoй другoй клиент не жаловался на эту вещь, вы действительно первая. В комнате, где вы жили, проверью это, и если освещение в ванной комнате не подходит, мы дополнить его. В целом, я сожалею о вашем негативном опыте. Я надеюсь, что следующий визит будет в порядке. They removed the coffee machine, they no longer serve at lunch and dinner what usually took up the whole table for tea. The quality of some products has clearly decreased, and some simply disappeared; often the dishes themselves were tasteless and poorly prepared. If you come to dinner or lunch an hour before the end, you are guaranteed negativity. There will no longer be anything on the common table - no appetizers, no salads, no pastries. And the ordered dish will be dried out from overheating. In general, it’s surprising to me, but all the vacationers’ conversations were about poor nutrition. I would rather note the staff's negligence in this matter. Previously, any remark was quickly responded to not with words, but with deeds. Particularly negative is single room 44, where I had to stay for 6 days. It's more like a reserved seat coupe. There is nowhere to put your things, you have to take off your shoes on the bed, since there are no facilities, and the view from the window is a sewer pipe, a wall and pigeons sitting on the roof.
