We spent a week at the Aquamarina Hotel, living in room 55. Let's go for the first time, so to speak, to reconnaissance. We were very pleased! The atmosphere in the hotel is very good, I would even say - soulful. The entire staff is very polite and any request, wish, question is resolved instantly. The girls in charge of cleanliness are just three smart beauties - everything is clean, the bed is changed every three days, the towel is changed every day. The girls during the procedures are also great, they are all very responsible. I would like to highlight the massage therapist Tatyana, a true professional. And Radka prescribed procedures for us taking into account our wishes (time-wise). Many thanks to all the staff! We also liked the cuisine, the food was not repeated and it was delicious. My Mom is crazy about pancakes for breakfast. The girls at the reception and the young bartenders - thank you all so much for your contribution to our pleasant stay and treatment. Room: The doors to the room urgently need repair. There were days when the door didn't close properly. That is, the door was open and accessible to strangers. Sometimes the door couldn't be opened with the card when it was closed. We often went to reception to “reload” the cards. Swimming pool/spa area: The water in the swimming pool is cold and therefore not suitable for children. The treatments were sometimes too short (e.g. massage 10 minutes). You simply shouldn't expect too much from the treatments!!! Dinner: Dinner wasn't always successful, for example we once had half raw rice in the risotto. Depending on the service, you only got one type of light beer. Strangely enough, another server served light and dark beer. You can't have the drinks for dinner delivered to your room and so you were forced to always have some "small change" (preferably suitable) with you, because you couldn't change larger bills here. Dining room equipment: There was only one baby chair with a table and one baby chair without a table. Both baby chairs without security (child could slip under the table, for example. We had the chair with the table and it was already in an old and bad condition (upholstery was broken and the foam was sticking out, the bar on the table was hanging down...) Breakfast : The choice for breakfast is always the same. The tables and chairs are placed far too close together, so that the guests sometimes touched each other with the chairs or it was not even possible to get up from the table because other guests spread out generously on their chairs There is only one coffee machine available!!!! This "poor" coffee machine was in operation all the time when it was working. To get a cup of coffee you often had to wait in a queue. If the coffee machine didn't work (which... happened every day!), each guest tried to repair the machine in their own way. The waitress (only one person) didn't come to refill milk, clean the coffee machine, dispose of leftover coffee, etc. On our last day we had breakfast Pure chaos broke out, my husband and I gave up after a cup of coffee and fled. Language: Only a very small number speak German, but they could help themselves a little with English. Not everyone speaks Russian either, especially during the treatments most people only speak Czech. That's why you have to make sure that the person carrying out the treatment really understands which areas may not be treated (the doctor only prescribes the type of treatment in general without any details or special features).Negatives

What can I say about staying at the Aqua Marina Hotel? Super, super, super!!!! Everything is at the highest level, in the city center, the treatment is excellent, the food is excellent thanks to the chef, respect to him. The staff works conscientiously, they are always polite and friendly, they respond to any requests instantly. I would especially like to mention Radka in the balneology department. Excellent hotel! We all really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is just super. We had a room with a balcony with a gorgeous view of the colonnade. All rooms in the hotel are very nice and quite spacious, cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All great fellows. I liked everything about the restaurant too. And pancakes for breakfast are simply delicious! In general, everything was delicious. Separately, I would like to say about the procedures.
