Everyone is trying very hard, I don’t want to complain, but the coffee and food leave much to be desired. Those who have stomach problems will most likely end up hungry because there is too much sauce and everything is very fatty. Those who don’t have problems will find it delicious and plentiful.

The sanatorium is located next to the forest and at the same time close to the sources and attractions of the resort. The hotel room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large bathroom, 2 balconies. Good daily cleaning. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff is attentive and polite. The doctor prescribed a treatment course in a timely manner.Negatives
In the room, despite the arrival of a specialist, the TV (there was no signal) and the safe did not work. WiFi dropped frequently. Some therapeutic procedures (bath and massage) were carried out for 5 minutes. less than expected. There was a case when the light went out several times, after 10 minutes. the bathtub full of water was empty, and the nurse pretended that everything was fine and counted this procedure. On the day of departure, it was not possible to “move” the procedure to an earlier time: the transfer was scheduled (the day before) at 9.00, and the procedure at 11.00. This probably happens quite often, and the sanatorium workers know about it, so they could have taken it into account in advance. As a result, one procedure was lost. The variety and quality of food needs improvement. What is served for dinner seems to have been prepared not in the resort kitchen, but delivered to order by an outside company. The salads are delicious, the hot dishes are not. I would like to drink espresso from the machine in the morning, as is customary in many hotels. The trip included an excursion to Prague. The content of the guide's story is excellent, but the organization of the excursion is poor. For half an hour, tourists were separated for 4 buses that arrived late. In Prague, chaos began with the distribution of headphones and devices, which also took a lot of time. In addition, the devices hissed and did not allow us to hear half the story while driving around the city, which was very annoying. Halfway through the excursion the racing began, because... the guide clearly did not have enough time, wasted due to poor organization. The package also included a visit to Thermal. Finding the entrance to the pool and sauna turned out to be a real quest. The design of the Thermal area is poorly thought out. I have never seen a more ridiculous architecture: this is the case where there is a bathhouse, and across the road there is a locker room.

We visited the Mignon sanatorium for the first time and had a lot of fun! The living conditions are comfortable, quiet, clean and cozy! It is very convenient that towels, bathrobes, and hygiene products are available and changed if necessary! No need to carry extra weight with you 😉. The very attentive Dr. Wurm recommended a drinking regime and additional treatment. We are satisfied with the massage and other therapy procedures we received without having to queue outside the door!! We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious food! Great small and cozy hotel. They provided us with a parking space, about 6€ per day. The hotel is not very close to the springs, but this is rather a plus for those who move little in everyday life. Wonderful, responsive and at the same time unobtrusive staff. All procedures took place until 11-12 o’clock without queues or waiting, everything was strictly timed, which made it possible to take a walk and drink mineral water before lunch. Robes and slippers are provided. If you want to change towels, throw them on the floor. If you don’t have time, ask and they will change it. I think that if you have any requests for cleaning, changing linen, etc., you just need to ask. It is possible to book half board or breakfast only. And go to restaurants for lunch and dinner. The kitchen is a big minus. If there is anything else with breakfast, then lunch and dinner are not very good. It seems that all soups taste the same, the taste of broth cubes. All sauces for second courses taste almost the same, which makes any second course monotonous. The puree looks like it came out of an instant box. It’s unclear what the cutlets are made from. And in general, the taste of all dishes is somehow unnatural, artificial. And a little too salty. There is also a constant problem with salads, well, you can just cut cucumbers and tomatoes and put a bottle of olive oil. Dessert is also bad. Therefore, on the 3-4th day of your stay, going to the dining room is more of a necessity. As a result, the portions are large, but there is nothing to eat. It would be better to cook everything simply, at home, without unnecessary bells and whistles. Borscht, rassolnik, chicken soup, fried and boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes with butter and milk, meat, chicken legs, cutlets and similar dishes (without artificial additives). There shouldn’t be a lot of food, it should be tasty and healthy. Especially in a sanatorium. And one more minus: when leaving, they tried to take money for wine and water allegedly taken from the bar, after denying this fact and refusing to pay, they let us go in peace. But the sediment remained.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay at Mignon Hotel. The food was varied and very tasty. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The treatments were very pleasant and painless. The Mignon Hotel has its own parking lot, which is very important in Karlovy Vary as many hotels do not offer parking. We were very happy with everything and will definitely come back next year. I would like more varied and high-quality food corresponding to the level of a 4-star hotel. Fish dishes are completely inedible. There is practically no dietary food. Few fresh vegetables and fruits. The doctor is a specialist of a very high professional level. But, unfortunately, the doctor comes to the Mignon Hotel only when necessary - to examine newly arrived guests. I arrived at the hotel on Saturday, the doctor was able to see me only on Monday afternoon. Time is lost for treatment. In general, the impression of relaxation and treatment is excellent, but the small problems that exist can be solved, I’m sure. Thanks to all Representatives of sanatorium com - I would also like to wish that a group transfer from the airport to the hotel would preferably be sent in time for the arrival of the plane. The driver should stand at the gate with a list of passengers' names, rather than passengers having to search for the driver for forty minutes throughout the airport.
