It was our best vacation ever!!! The first surprise was a luxury room, we did not expect it. Excellent service, very friendly staff with knowledge of their business. The procedures are all carried out in one place, they are carried out professionally and pleasantly😊.Various food, deliciously prepared. The waiters are very polite and friendly. Cozy, clean, beautiful hotel. The girls cleaned every day, all the linen, towels, and bathrobes were spotlessly white and clean. A very beautiful location, far from the general bustle. The trip to Prague included in the tour is simply a fairy tale. Alena (Guide) very interestingly tells the history of the Czech Republic throughout the entire train to the city. '' Sanatorium '' I take note, now resorts are only with them. I repeat that this is the best vacation of my life. Thanks a lot, everyone!!! We will come again.

Save on products. And forget about delicacies. But the hotel is 4 stars. For example: venison, choir fish, etc. Other 4 star hotels have this. Duck was given once in 3 weeks. I offered the choice of making 2 dishes and making them 6 products for lunch and dinner. But they are not eager to change anything. For example. My family doesn't eat pasta in the evening. And they offered it for dinner. But in principle everything was edible and cooked well. I just think that the price level of products for a 4 star hotel should be higher.

Taking into account the “Covid restrictions”, the hotel is in the most favorable position relative to others. The hotel is small, located in a quiet, beautiful area of Karlovy Vary. It has its own closed area. There is no extraneous annoying city noise, except for the pleasant singing of birds. The service staff are professionals in their field. Correct, responsive and friendly. A very compact area for spa procedures. Food for every taste. The rooms are great and are cleaned 7 days a week. We plan to return to this hotel next time. Liked everything. There are no cons.

We were not the first to vacation in Karlovy Vary. There were other hotels that fully corresponded to the description. I really liked Mignon, where we stayed. In a quiet location, very kind hotel staff. Food at the highest level. The procedures are standard. Great service. I recommend it, but if you have the strength to climb the hill🤣🤣🤣🤣

We were at the Mignon sanatorium for two weeks from August 8 to August 21. The location of the hotel is simply magnificent, clean air, near the forest. The walk to the springs takes 10-15 minutes. The rooms are magnificent, large bathroom, balcony. The food is above all praise, a large selection and excellent quality. Until the last day, the cook showed us something new. A very beautiful, cozy hotel with spacious rooms and an unforgettable view from the window, in a quiet, picturesque place in Karlovy Vary. The hotel employees are one small, friendly team, they create a unique atmosphere of care and comfort, they are attentive, friendly and highly professional. Hello dear employees of Sanatoriums. com. We returned from a vacation from Karlovy Vary a week ago. We are so filled with positive emotions that we don’t even know where to start. But probably the very first thank you to your employees for their competent advice and solutions to all our problems from the beginning to the end of our vacation. My wife and I rested from 06/13 to 06/26 at the Mignon Hotel, they provided us with a 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor, with a view from each window of the golden domes of the church temple. Every morning we began with words of gratitude to the Lord for such grace. From the windows and from the balcony we could see our car parked in a guarded parking lot; we came from Wuppertal. At check-in we were greeted by the friendly Lada, and during the rest we were also very friendly by Mirka. And during the evening shifts the same smiling guys were ready to help with everything. We always felt comfortable, fresh and clean in the room, thanks to the wonderful maids. Unfortunately, we don’t know their names. For us, the most important thing was the healing part. In this regard, everything was also perfect, starting from the very competent and attentive reception of the doctor and the further completion of all procedures. The medical workers are extremely attentive, careful, with great restraint and professionalism. The procedures we received were quite enough for us. We were also pleasantly surprised by the service in the restaurant. There were few vacationers and we received double attention from the pleasant young waiters. It was felt that both were trying to bring their contribution to the overall wonderful atmosphere. Naturally, I would like to express my delight to the chefs, what great guys!! We were constantly pleased with wonderfully prepared and presented dishes, with a very varied menu. Our positive emotions were complemented by pleasant walks around the city; it was not at all difficult to walk to the central Colonnade 3 times, in addition to exploring the wonderful city with complete delight. My wife and I walked at least 9 - 10 kilometers every day. At the end of our vacation, we returned home with the same wonderful mood. In general, this was perhaps our best vacation, especially since the weather was amazing all the days. Many thanks to everyone who organized this wonderful vacation for us. And the trip to Prague was just the “cherry”. Our delight knew no bounds, and the presenter Valentina deserves the highest praise. The food was not at all like a sanatorium, there were a lot of foods that cannot be eaten even with a healthy stomach, let alone a sick one! For dinner I always took fish from the menu, and in 14 days I only liked the preparation 3 times! Salads that could be taken in unlimited quantities were saved! The pillows in the room are very uncomfortable! I liked the presence of a bowl of fruit: peaches, apricots, bananas, plums, pears, apples were always available!
