Only well-working and professional people can make a hotel great! And the hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming people who work professionally and conscientiously. Absolute punctuality in everything: from receiving guests, drawing up a daily schedule of procedures and performing them perfectly on time, seeing a doctor and up to the hour of check-out from the hotel. Everything was flawless. Our requests and wishes were kindly accepted and fulfilled. Of course, the location of the hotel in a quiet area 100 meters from the forest and at the same time next to the Colonnade is a big plus. We had a great time! Thanks to all the employees of the Mignon sanatorium! Special thanks to the site. The transfer was flawless.

The weak point of the sanatorium is the food, which depends on which cook is on shift today. During one shift, the breakfast is varied, lunch and dinner are very good, deliciously prepared. With a different cook, it is impossible to eat meager breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Either it will over-salt or over-pepper, or on the contrary it will be tasteless. Even the same dishes on the menu are prepared differently.

A small, very cozy sanatorium. We took a suite with 2 rooms, it was completely arranged. The bed was very comfortable, all the linen was snow-white, they changed it upon request. The quality of the food was excellent. We received all the procedures we could wish for - hydroxer, carbonic vein, gas injections, massage and etc. The hydropathic clinic is all shiny, the equipment is new. The staff is polite and professional, there are no queues, everything is helpful. The doctor wrote out prescriptions for the necessary medications for free. We personally were only pleased with the location, silence, 5 minutes to the springs. If we get together next year, then only here.Negatives

This is the second time we have vacationed at Mignon; the first time we really liked the attitude of the staff. The holiday did not disappoint the second time either. The first time in the room it was cool, but we were promptly provided with a heater. This year everything was wonderful. Special thanks to Mrs. Mirka and the nurse who did an excellent job at the hydropathic clinic. We are satisfied with the procedures prescribed by the doctor. There were questions about their schedule, but when possible, they accommodated us. The food was good, the dishes were large. We took three meals a day. One day we went on an excursion and asked for lunch to be moved to the day of departure, they accommodated us.

Surprisingly uncomfortable bed. They pushed two together, there is a very unpleasant joint between them, the backrest behind one of the beds is missing. In short, if a couple is traveling, then sleeping is extremely uncomfortable. Bad (rubber) cushions. It’s very strange that there is no curtain in the bathroom... You take a shower and all the water is on the floor.

The biggest plus is the rooms, not all fours at the resort have such comfortable rooms, a gorgeous view from the window of the Orthodox Church, at least in the warm season it was like that, but I think the view will also be beautiful in autumn and winter. The food was good, no one was left hungry even once. Seats in the restaurant are assigned. The location is kind of far from the springs, but on the other hand, we didn’t have to walk through the mountains to get to them, with the exception of the road to the first Geyser spring, but we walked to it through Sadovaya Street and the stone colonnade, walking is useful, especially at such a wonderful resort: ) Treatment in a comfortable medical center, miniature, but enough procedures are offered to guests. We liked the hotel primarily because it was small and we immediately assumed that there weren’t many vacationers there, which meant we could relax peacefully. We were given a nice double room with a beautiful view from the window. Comfortable beds, which is not something you find in all hotels, although the pillows are large and that’s what you like. The food was good, there were no complaints about the quality of food preparation during the entire time we were on vacation. Their treatment department is small, but since there are not many guests, there were basically no queues for procedures. The overall impression is positive, pleasant hotel.

The sanatorium is very cozy. Located in a quiet, calm, respectable place. The treatment is aimed at minor rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system; you can slightly adjust your weight for those who have metabolic disorders. In general, you should not expect complete recovery of the body in 2-3 weeks. The rooms are very spacious, with beautiful natural wood furniture. Audibility is low, except for rooms near the elevator, and even then when everyone is going down for lunch/dinner. There are soft carpets everywhere, which muffles unnecessary sounds. An incredibly talented young chef! There is absolutely no need to eat at third-party restaurants. You can take cups, cutlery, a sugar bowl, and tea bags from the restaurant (canteen): the cooler is on the ground floor. They also calmly react to fruits, yogurt, and a couple of pastries for tea being brought into the room, which of course is prohibited by the rules) The staff is responsive and attentive. Nurses are professionals in their manipulations. It’s not difficult to walk to the Colonade 2 times a day at a calm pace for about 10 minutes. There are 2 umbrellas in the rooms, which came in handy when it rained.Negatives
A small minus is that conversations with the doctor are extremely short. Literally, 5 minutes, no more. Blood/urine tests are free of charge. So go first to the doctor and to the laboratory at home. Because the euro exchange rate is still too high for such simple tests (blood/urine bio+2 hormones=80 euros). In general, we will come back here again, that's decided.

We rested from 12/05/2015 to 12/19/2015, the hotel was beautiful, small, the first days there were 2 people in the hotel, it was quiet, comfortable, we hardly met with the residents. The treatment is standard, the doctor said that there is no hardware lymphatic drainage, tests are for an additional fee. The food is good, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, choice of three dishes, 6 types of side dishes, deliciously prepared, varied breakfast. The room (apartment) consists of two large rooms, a balcony, TV, bathroom (bath, bidet, hairdryer, detergents, sewing supplies, cap), bathrobe, slippers. The room always has a not very pleasant smell, the cleaning of the room is very formal. Drinks, except water, are paid for lunch and dinner, but you can get boiling water in a thermos at the reception. There is no clock, radio or kettle in the room.
