Silence, beauty, comfort and cleanliness - this is the first impression of the “Mignon” sanatorium! And it did not change during the month of my stay there. The building is located at the intersection of several picturesque streets, in the most beautiful area of Karlovy Vary. Walking to the springs is a pleasure; you can choose a shorter or longer route, depending on the weather, mood and time. The procedures are excellent, mineral water baths, gas injections, massage, lymphatic drainage - everything according to the rules, on time and in full. The doctor (Vladimir Wurm) is an excellent specialist. The procedural nurses (Mrs. Lyudmila and Lenka) are super. Queen of the bathroom Martina - bravo! The waiters are very friendly, the reception (Mrs. Miroslava) and the manager Mrs. Monika are excellent, the maids are great, the cleanliness and order are top notch! I would especially like to note the work of the chefs: tasty, varied, excellent presentation. (Usually (when I came before), I explored local restaurants because the spa food was not impressive, but this time everything was so good that the thought of going somewhere for lunch or dinner did not arise even once in a month.) The rooms in the hotel are spacious , the bathrooms are well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen is of very good quality. I can recommend this sanatorium to those who value a doctor’s consultation, who are not lazy to go to the springs and who value comfort and silence. Sanatorium Mignon is located on a quiet and very green street in Karlovy Vary - the name of which, Sadovaya, speaks for itself. The rooms are large, comfortable, the bathroom is wonderful and, most importantly, very clean! The staff is friendly, professional and always ready to help if needed. The food was good. By the way, I had previously read not very good reviews about fish dishes, but the fish was very tasty, especially the carp! Thanks to the chef! It was a good rest and treatment! I would like to note that the sanatorium is located on a hill, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility, but it is perfect for those who want to lose weight, because... You will have to move with a load - continuous descents and ascents. Although some complained that, despite this, they gained a couple of kilograms - the delicious pastries were to blame.Negatives

My stay at the sanatorium was one continuous positive. The room in which I lived was spacious, very comfortable, clean, bright. Cleaning is done every day thoroughly by conscientious and polite workers. The schedule of procedures was drawn up competently and all procedures were carried out without delay and in full by attentive and professional nurses. The food is tasty, satisfying, varied. Dishes for lunch and dinner are served fresh and hot, even if you arrive at the last minute, the waiter on duty politely serves. Friendly and polite receptionists fulfill the requests of guests. I am very grateful to the entire (no doubt) friendly staff of the sanatorium and next time there will be no question of choosing a sanatorium for me. Overall a nice hotel, clean, new therapy equipment. The hotel makes a very good impression. Apparently the house has just been renovated. Only recommended to a limited extent for wheelchair users and those with severe walking difficulties. There is an elevator, but the pool area can only be accessed with difficulty in the basement. We stayed in Karlovy Vary eight times in eight different hotels. Sanatorium Mignon has proven to be our best choice over the years. Location: Ideal. Not quite close to the springs and the center of the resort area, but at a very pleasant walking distance. Building: Very beautiful. In a good condition. The rooms are very spacious (we stayed in suite No. 204), well furnished, well equipped. Everything is in working order. Staff: Professionals. Kindness and cordiality. Willingness to listen, help, resolve any issue. Treatment: Traditional Karlovy Vary. But at the same time, a very detailed examination by the doctor, Mr. Vladimir. Treatment is prescribed that is necessary for each specific patient, and not for “tick marks” and filling out the number of procedures. Excellent gas injections, lymphatic drainage and mud therapy. Special thanks for the massage to Mrs. Milena, friendliness and professionalism with a capital “P”. The procedures are prescribed at a convenient time (a small number of guests plays a big role here), all treatment rooms are well equipped and equipped with new equipment. Nutrition: This is a separate topic. Not every restaurant offers such tasty and varied food (menu). Considering the post-Covid crisis in the industry, it’s simply amazing how in our time, given the general high cost, you can cook so well! Cleaning, hygiene, safety: The rooms were cleaned daily, quickly and efficiently, with linen and towels replaced. Public areas and the restaurant are excellently clean and tidy. The building has its own fenced area with parking. There is no possibility for outsiders to enter or drive in from the street. Video surveillance is carried out 24/7. Our conclusion: SANATORIUM MIGNON - today, in our opinion, deserves the highest rating and, in our opinion, the best among the existing Karlovy Vary hotels that we have visited since 2012.
