I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff of the Mignon sanatorium. The medical facilities are wonderful, the rooms are large and comfortable, the doctors and nurses are attentive and ready to help with everything, the food is of high quality and quite varied. The location of the hotel is very convenient, near a beautiful coniferous forest with many walking paths. During this difficult time of the spread of the coronavirus, the staff of the sanatorium did everything in their power so that we could continue our stay at the hotel with maximum safety. The resort exceeded our expectations. Two-room suite - spacious, comfortable, cozy, clean, good furniture. Cleaning daily, bed linen changed every three days. The chief doctor, Pan Vladimir Wurm, is a highly professional with an attentive, informal, individual approach to each patient, the best of the doctors of the five sanatoriums where we have been before. In the rehabilitation department, the head nurse Mrs. Eva and Mrs. Lida work clearly, carefully, everything is on schedule; in the hydrotherapy department, Mr. Vadim also deserves words of gratitude. The range of treatment procedures is standard and quite sufficient. The senior manager of the sanatorium, Mrs. Miroslava Studena, is very friendly, attentive and polite, our requests and wishes were always fulfilled. The maids are very friendly, conscientious, and work quickly and efficiently. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent, tasty and sufficient, all products are of good quality and preparation, the cooks and waiters Jan and David are great. When a strict diet was required, everything was provided. In general, the entire staff of the sanatorium are professionals, a huge THANK YOU to everyone!

Starting from the reception, restaurant, room cleaning staff and special thanks to Dr. Vladimir Vurm. We also thank the service staff procedures for Eva, the beautiful, good-natured Lido, I can say that her hands are “golden”, because... the procedures, including gas injections, massage, mud therapy and others, were a pleasure. Very good sanatorium. The food is delicious and varied. I especially liked the beef with dumplings:) The cook is a master of his craft. The treatment is also excellent. Special thanks to the medical staff - Vadim, Erica, Mrs. Lida. The procedures are carried out efficiently, slowly, in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. People smoke everywhere on the street, this is a big minus for a resort town of this size. For my own money, and a lot of money, I would like to breathe truly fresh Karlovy Vary air, but smokers force passive smoking on us. City officials might need to think about this.

1. Instead of a wide queen/king size mattress, simply put two narrow mattresses side by side and covered with a sheet. And the quality of the mattresses itself was low. 2. The food is not tasty, and fish dishes are generally terrible! The same small selection of salad every day three times a day: beets, a jar of assorted carrots and onions, and fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. The same breakfast, for some reason the oil disappeared after breakfast. We had to eat in city restaurants. 3. From the kitchen you could constantly hear someone blowing their nose very loudly and loudly. 4. Never set foot in this boarding house again. And we will never include food in a trip again.

Excellent location of the hotel, great rooms, we lived in a suite on the first floor, with a view of the Peter and Paul Cathedral from the windows. 10-15 min walk to the springs. Breakfast is very good, lunches and dinners are prepared averagely... the fish is always too dry, the meat is sometimes not bad, the soups are tasty. Treatment is a four with a minus. The nurse is trying (she is alone!!!), but the room is very small, on one trestle bed they do massages and magnets and injections right there, lymphatic drainage is brought from the storage room.Negatives

But as always there is a fly in the ointment! Upon arrival, the senior med. the sister announced to us that the chief doctor would not be there from November 18 to 21 and prescribed her procedures for us, which we did not need and did not come for. She didn’t WANT to solve the problem on the spot, she had to contact Sanatoriums (where we directly bought the ticket), within 2 hours the problem was solved. And the doctor prescribed procedures for us. Therefore, special thanks to our representative! I was surprised that there were so many empty seats in the restaurant, but people are being assigned to rooms, is it really impossible to seat them at free tables? There was a very nervous guy in the restaurant (a thin young man), but thank God he only worked for 2 days and we didn’t see him again! As for the rest, I will say that everyone tried their best!

We have to ask to reschedule them to another time - earlier, we are in the role of begging and depending on the mood of the medical staff, but it seems to me that we do not owe anything to anyone, but should feel caring, attention and respect. Very weak staff in the spa (exception - Pani Lida ), and the room where the procedures are carried out (except for baths) is small and not at all provided for relaxation and relaxation during the procedures. The doctor is visiting and therefore a very formal appointment - especially secondary. You can stay in this hotel without treatment - then there will be no negativity .

The hotel was booked without problems, and the hotel staff greeted us with a smile and a friendly mood. This is the fourth time we have vacationed in Karlovy Vary, but always in different hotels. Here you can definitely give an A for everything. All the employees are friendly and welcoming, except for one single nurse who distributes procedures. Well, she’s not very friendly and from the very first day she just spoiled the mood. She doesn’t need to work here. She doesn’t listen to clients when you tell her that procedures need to be changed, she does everything as it suits her, and then after the first change she doesn’t like it. He immediately says the next one will cost 8 euros. We have to check out at 10-00, and check-out (vacation of the room) is at 12-00, she sets the massage for 11-30 for that day. This is how to understand. The person does not hear the clients.
