We rested in Mignon from 08/19/2019 to 08/31/2019. Excellent praise for the entire staff, starting with the administrator Mirka and ending with the work of the cleaning staff. We were accommodated in a wonderful room overlooking the wonderful Church of Peter and Paul. The room had a wonderful kettle, tea, as well as honey and sugar. Bed linen was changed frequently, an iron was brought at the first request and left until the end of the stay. The procedures were carried out very well - for which many thanks to Lydia, Erica, Teresa. If necessary, procedures were rescheduled for another time. Many thanks to the chef Vaclav for the delicious and varied food and the good service in the restaurant, we always felt comfortable. The hotel's location is very good - walking trails in a beautiful forest are nearby, and when you go downstairs you can enjoy the beauty of the wonderful city. A short climb to the hotel from the source contributed to the absorption of the most beautiful water. Good organization of transfer to Sanatoriums. We will definitely come back to Mignon!!!Negatives

Excellent location of the sanatorium, next to a magnificent temple! The territory of the sanatorium is well-kept, everything is so cozy and nice. The rooms are large, perfect order and cleanliness. The friendly and friendly attitude of all the staff of the sanatorium towards their guests. We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant - everything was delicious, there are no complaints. The treatment is strictly timed, so there are no complaints. There are no kettles in the rooms, but we are used to drinking coffee early in the morning and therefore we always take our own small kettle with us, we first voiced our request to use the kettle and received permission. This is not the first time in Karlovy Vary, and there have been many different trips, so we can really give a huge 5 for a wonderful vacation and treatment in the sanatorium!Negatives

The kitchen wants to be better. The cook does not know how to prepare dietary dishes, everything is dry, overcooked and over-salted, so much vinegar is added to salads that it is simply impossible to eat. The portions are small. You still don’t feel very comfortable when the service staff comes to work at 6:30 in the morning, they wake everyone up with their stomping and loud conversations. I was at the Karlovy Vary resort for the third time and this is the best hotel from the previous ones, although all were of the same 4-star category! A very intimate home hotel in the form of a villa, with its own small closed area and friendly staff. The food is quite decent, very good varied breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner - made to order from 3 courses. A decent range of treatment procedures, its own treatment base. Since the hotel is small - only 14 rooms, all the vacationers knew each other and resembled one family. Extraordinary silence and good soundproofing of the rooms. Excellent large, bright, warm room, with a magnificent view from the window. Very good location of the hotel, close to the springs. The quality of treatment and the work of the staff is impeccable. Good afternoon I would like to leave a review about my stay in the Mignon department. Very cozy small hotel. There are not many people, no one bothers anyone. All procedures are scheduled according to time. When we asked to postpone the procedures from Saturday to weekdays, in connection with excursions, Mrs. Eva kindly rescheduled everything for us. We are very grateful to her. The rooms are simply wonderful. We lived in a standard room, which suited us perfectly: spacious, bright, with a good view of the Church of Peter and Paul. We really liked the food. We had enough of everything, it was even delicious in abundance. Thanks to the cook. When asked to leave us dinner, they always left it for us. We left the hotel before breakfast, but they fed us. Thanks again to the staff. The hotel is located in a very quiet place, there is no noise. Even if it is at a slight elevation, it is even useful to walk, especially after a hearty meal. The treatment is also at a good level. Special thanks to all the medical staff. The sanatorium is located in a picturesque location, not far from the Russian church and within walking distance from the springs. The rooms are beautiful and large.
