A delightful holiday, excellent treatment, delicious and varied food. The rooms are beyond praise - spacious, bright, clean. We had a suite, two rooms with a balcony. The hotel is located on a quiet street, the silence at night is simply ringing. Very comfortable beds, we slept like babies. The procedures are at a high level; when prescribing, all wishes regarding the timing of the procedure are taken into account. There was never a delay in the start of the procedures, everything was strictly on schedule. The food suited us completely, it was varied, there was fish, fresh vegetables and fruits every day. We took full board and realized that we had gone overboard, because the portions were large, everything was delicious, and in the end we even gained weight :) And this despite daily walks in the forest and around the city. The staff is attentive, polite, everyone greets you, you feel at home. Many thanks to the entire team of the Mignon sanatorium! We really want to come back!Negatives

Disgusting food, we were served bread with mold, knowing that the child would eat it too, and so for three days in a row, despite our comments, it was removed, and the next meal, everything was repeated, except that for breakfast the child was served cottage cheese, the packaging of which was dented and broken. For dinner there was a salad from lunch! And the dishes leave much to be desired

We, a family with a 12-year-old child, had a great time at the Mignon sanatorium in August. On the positive side, I would like to note the friendliness of all the staff, the very cozy apartments, and the excellent location of the hotel. Nearby is a forest, a beautiful respectable area. Very well maintained small area. But, the sources are 10-15 minutes away and there is a slight climb (for some this may be a problem). This suited us. We enjoyed daily walks around the beautiful city.Negatives
If the quality of food is improved, the hotel will be beyond praise! Of course, you won’t remain hungry, but you won’t get any pleasure.

Rest in the sanatorium is beyond praise! The warm, cozy atmosphere allows you to relax and feel at home. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a large bathroom. The treatment is at the level, all the necessary procedures are available, in addition, mineral water is supplied to the sanatorium. The sanatorium employs an experienced doctor who will not ignore any of your complaints. The entire staff is very professional, attentive and responsive. The food was varied and tasty; during the ten days of our stay the dishes were not repeated. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte. Sometimes the chef outdid himself! The sanatorium is located in a quiet place, near a forest with many walking routes. It’s 7 minutes to the garden colonnade, although you’ll have to climb a hill back. I can say with confidence that this is the place where you want to return. Therefore, it is not surprising that many people come here not for the first time.

The sanatorium is located in a good location, near a forest. The staff was attentive, the restaurant was very cozy, breakfast, lunch and dinner were varied, dietary and tasty (with very rare exceptions, but this is a matter of taste). Bed, bathrobes, and towels were changed upon request. The resort is quiet and clean. Despite the small staff of medical staff (three people), all procedures were carried out strictly according to schedule, and nurses Lida and Teresa did everything very well.Negatives
During water procedures (obviously with a high water consumption), the water in the tap disappeared for a short time (for 5-10 minutes), we lived on the last 4th floor.

Please pay attention to the menu in the restaurant, from which it is not always possible to choose dietary dishes, there are many fried, deep-fried dishes, with sauces, the cook does not spare pepper and salt. 2. The medical department is clearly missing one person, namely a professional massage therapist. All the work is done by two nurses, who, as they say, are “jack of all trades.” During the massage, the nurse is forced to be distracted, someone needs to turn off the device or, conversely, someone needs to start electrotherapy. As a result, the quality of such a massage leaves much to be desired and simply turns into a formality. I would like to wish the owners of the sanatorium not to skimp on staff, because the quality of the services provided decreases as a result, and I would like to return to you more than once.

A cozy sanatorium, perfectly located, 5-7 minutes walk to the springs at a slow pace. Nice apartments, fully consistent with the description. We were there in February, the weather was unusually cold, but the room and the sanatorium were very warm, which is important to me. The procedures were excellent as always, fast, polite, everything was new in the hydrotherapy department, it was very pleasant to be there. The head physician, Vladislav Wurm, was very attentive and generous prescribes procedures, writes prescriptions if necessary. It was disappointing that this year the restaurant’s table with cold appetizers became less varied and there was practically no fruit selection at all. True, there was always a vase with tangerines, apples, and oranges, but they were not fresh.

I was prescribed diet 8, but from the weekly menu there were 7 dishes on this diet only in 4 days, half of the dishes were fish, and I am allergic to fish. In general, it was not possible for me to fulfill the doctor’s orders.

Spacious, comfortable room exactly like in the photo. Large bathroom. Towels were changed every day, bed linen every three days. There are robes and slippers, which are exchanged for clean ones upon request. They changed it twice for us in two weeks. Good location of the hotel, in a quiet location, beautiful hotel opposite an Orthodox church, good view from the window, beautiful well-kept area. There is parking. It’s ten minutes to the springs at a calm pace. We had three meals a day, a choice of dishes from the menu, and for two weeks we were never repeated. For breakfast, two types of cereals, sausages, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea, pastries, cereal with milk. For lunch a choice of two soups and three courses, for dinner a choice of three courses. Buffet - two or three types of salads, mostly vegetables, everything is fresh. Baking usually comes in one version. Responsive and friendly staff. Accepted by Dr. Vdamimir Wurm, who works as a chief physician in Bristol. He wrote out prescriptions without any problems and gave good recommendations for treatment. He sent me for further examination to the medical center, and after the examination he again gave recommendations. In principle, I liked everything, a good rest and treatment, fully consistent with the stated four stars and the price. I recommend to everyone.

Just yesterday I returned from Karlovy Vary. I am still impressed by the wonderful days spent at the Mignon sanatorium. The hotel is located in a very good and quiet location, away from the bustle of the city. The rooms are clean, warm, spacious with good service. I read some reviews in which it was written that the head nurse is not always correct and rude. I can only say one thing, that she is a very nice woman with a wonderful sense of humor, just not everyone understands it. During the nine days of my stay, there were only positive emotions!!!!
