Hello. We rested at the Panorama Spa Hotel as a family, three people, in October 2019. The impression of the hotel is generally positive. Small shortcomings were compensated by the excellent work of the hotel staff. This applies to the reception, medical and utility blocks, and the dining room. I would like to name and thank everyone: Ekaterina and Lilia (reception), Marina and Oksana (procedures), Yuri (massage), Alina (dining room), the guys from the housekeeping service and the girls-cooks. Everyone was very nice, friendly, competent, tried to help and solve any problem. When we checked in, we encountered a problem: our room was occupied; as compensation for the delay, we were offered an hour of free sauna, and then a room on the first floor, so we did not feel any discomfort. Cleaning was done daily, towels, bathrobes and linen were replaced as expected. As for the food, it was of high quality, the portions were sufficient, except that I wanted less potatoes and rice for the side dish, and more vegetables. But in general there was always a choice: buffet for breakfast; chicken, pork (less often beef), fish - for lunch and dinner. As for the treatment, there were too many procedures for our taste. The main treatment was drinking mineral water, and, ideally, this alone would be quite enough for us. The springs are a 10-15 minute walk away, very convenient. The website Sanatorium.com helped us a lot in choosing a hotel and subsequent support, for which we also thank its staff. My wife and I arrived at the Panorama spa hotel on her birthday and we were very pleased that the employee who checked us in, recognizing our last name, immediately congratulated her on her birthday, and at dinner we were given a bottle of Bohemian Sect as a compliment. We did not regret at all that we chose the spa hotel Panorama, although before leaving we were told that we would only lose our legs climbing the mountains. The marvelous view that opened from the window completely compensated for all this talk. As for your feet, I advise you to simply ride in appropriate, comfortable shoes. The descent to the 1st spring takes 10 minutes, the ascent takes 15 minutes, and all this in the fresh air, admiring the magnificent views, goes unnoticed. Traveling along the promenade to the 15th spring and beyond does not require much energy at all, especially when you watch some ancient old woman ahead of you, hobbling to the spring on crutches and enjoying life. As for the spa hotel Panorama, many thanks to its management, employees and medical staff - they are friendly, always ready to help, and correct in their behavior. Special thanks to nurse Marina and the reception staff. The cleanliness of the hotel is maintained at a good level. Your room is cleaned daily unless you post a do not disturb sign. Changing towels and bathrobes is no problem. We took three meals a day and did not regret it - the food was good. There were fresh and delicious desserts every day.
