We had two small children (7 years old and 1.5 years old) and the schedule of procedures was drawn up in such a way that sometimes both my husband and I had the same procedures, and there was no one to leave the children with. We had to be late or missed, sometimes we agreed and rescheduled for another time.

An excellent sanatorium, conveniently located in relation to the springs and the promenade. We vacationed here for the third time. The medical staff works like clockwork, procedures are carried out strictly during the holidays. Treatment is carried out on weekends. The food is wonderful and varied. The tables are not crowded with the amount of food, but putting together a dish for yourself is very easy and simple. Everything is always fresh and of high quality (the cooks in the kitchen work in a good mood - this can be seen through the glass door - which means the food is delicious!!!).Negatives
I was a little disappointed by the work of the administrators, they celebrated our third visit the third time (there is a bonus system for regular customers), but we checked in immediately upon arrival and the rooms were provided by neighboring ones!+++++

Good treatments, great pool. Many thanks to the restaurant staff for the varied, high-quality food and service. We attended a hotel celebration; a gala dinner was organized in the restaurant; the hotel director himself met us at the entrance and handed everyone small gifts and champagne. It was very nice! The clinic staff is very formal, paid replacement of procedure time, the restaurant closes early (officially until 21.00, but already at 20.00 there is nothing on the buffet - relevant if returning late from an excursion), there is no kettle in the rooms (renting a kettle is 5 € per day), The safe in the room was broken, and the “ironing of shirts” service took a very long time (4 days).

The medical staff are very unfriendly and rude when performing procedures - they cast sidelong glances at people and are rude!! And when I was taking oxygen therapy and entered the office, I saw that the mask was lying on the floor and asked the question - WHY on the floor and then they gave it to me - the nurse replied - why are you indignant - the floors are clean here!! My 14-year-old girl also constantly observed rudeness from nurses! They are tired, let them not spoil people’s mood for our money, but sit and relax at home. I am not the most advanced sanatorium expert, so this is just a personal opinion - this sanatorium will be very useful for those who have problems with their knees, backs, and joints. Although this is not the main profile - gas injections, lymphatic drainage, excellent massage - the male massage therapist does it simply brilliantly! At the end of my stay, nothing hurt me anymore! They gave me a spacious double room with a sofa - although I booked a single room and I didn’t pay anything extra. Very tasty food - the buffet is varied and in two weeks I still haven’t tried everything.Negatives

I really liked the massage, mud applications, and carbon dioxide injections. I liked the food - varied, always fresh and tasty.
