Musical accompaniment in the restaurant (especially for breakfast and lunch) and the pool is not suitable for a hotel-SPA! Loud, noisy. Classical music. works or just calm, unobtrusive music is what you need. The cleaning of the room by one of the groups of maids leaves much to be desired (the toilet and bidet were not cleaned)

Monotonous food, the main specialization of the sanatorium is the treatment of metabolic diseases, and this is pancreatitis, etc., which means the inclusion of stewed vegetables and boiled meat in the menu, but for 2 weeks they offered the same burnt food for breakfast bacon, fried hunting sausages, powdered omelette - somehow this does not fit with dietary nutrition, there was chicken noodles only once, on other days there were thick soups, or completely watery ones, like corn soup, there were no normal broth-based soups. Tea and coffee for lunch and dinner is paid, and it’s not at all clear why this type of food is called a buffet here? It would also be nice for the cooks to study a little about the peculiarities of the national cuisines of other peoples (about 90% of the hotel is Russian) upon request to serve at least once a dish of herring, the girls explained that there was only “sour fish”, and they saw that a couple of times in 2 weeks. It would be nice to put coolers with hot water on the floors, the absence of it was very felt when we, who caught a cold during the excursion, had to were on bed rest for several days, and for every glass of boiling water they had to go down several floors below to the restaurant. When asked why this was so, they explained that this was management policy and it would not change. But it would be worth revising it a little, for example, with in the morning until 2 o'clock the jacuzzi is running, although at this time most of the vacationers are undergoing procedures, reduce the work by only 1 hour, the resulting energy savings will ensure that you get the same boiling water in the coolers. Room cleaning is 3-star, there is dust on the furniture, vacuuming is poor. As additional services they offer so-called paid channels with recordings of Russian cartoons, so someone came up with the idea for us Russians to show our own domestic cartoons for 200 CZK for each. I would like to hope that in the near future all of the listed disadvantages have been successfully corrected!

Everything was wonderful. Treatment, food, room accommodation, there are no complaints about anything. Cleaned perfectly every day, bed linen was changed every two days. And the evening dismantling of the bed and a small night gift in the form of chocolates is very unusual. Well done. We will definitely come to you again.
