Modern, modern rooms in a conveniently located hotel (near the source 12 and 15). The staff is excellent, everyone is very polite and friendly. Varied and tasty cuisine. The treatment rooms are located on the ground floor, everything is new, clean everywhere and quick appointments for procedures. It’s a shame to write a negative review this time. I didn’t know that there was no air conditioning throughout the entire hotel, otherwise I would have refused to stay in this hotel in the summer. It’s very hot and stuffy. In room 402 it was impossible to open the window, there was an unbearable roar day and night from the huge pipe below.

A huge minus of this hotel is NO AIR CONDITIONER! Staying in this hotel in the summer now (+32) is impossible. It is impossible to be in the restaurant breakfast lunch dinner without a cooling air conditioner! It is very hot throughout the hotel, the rooms are stuffy. In the summer, don’t set foot in this hotel!

Family vacation at the Royal Regent for one week (at the end of April 2023) with full board. I think that the best hotel in terms of price / quality ratio and its location is probably not found, everything is at such a high level that it is beyond praise! Fell in love with this hotel and Karlovy Vary. And now we plan to come here every year. The hotel is ideally located to the springs, not far to go, 2 garden springs within a 3-minute walk. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, cozy, clean, modern, quiet, only for us personally the mattresses seemed hard, but this “problem” was solved within 30 minutes, we put toppers on the mattress and it became very comfortable. A modern restaurant with top class service, delicious, healthy and varied food with dietary options, low sugar desserts. There are always 2 types of tea and plain water and syrup, and for breakfast there are also various types of coffee, although I know that in so many hotels for lunch and dinner only water is offered free of charge, and you have to pay extra for everything else. An excellent medical base, attentive and caring staff, a couple of unique procedures that are available only in this hotel (for example, a pressure chamber). Yes, for some procedures for a more complete and effective course of treatment, you have to pay extra, but it is your right to refuse and be content only with those procedures and their number that are included in the ticket. A large swimming pool and 3 saunas and everything is also very clean and modern, jacuzzi and waterfalls turn on for 10 minutes every half hour. In principle, this time was enough for us to enjoy. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable luxury stay!

Room. The single rooms have good full beds. The rooms have enough free space. It’s always warm inside, it rains outside +3. Hot water is available at any time of the day!!!! Dear Sirs! We would like to express our great complaints to the transfer organizers. The one who organizes the transfer either does not know geography, or believes that the people being transported can simply sacrifice their precious vacation hours and silently endure the inconvenience. We were picked up on 03/12/2023 at the scheduled time from Hamburg along with two other couples for transfer to Karlovy Vary. After this, it became clear that we were not going to Karlovy Vary, but to pick up another couple in Rostock, in the opposite direction from Karlovy Vary, i.e. 200 km from Hamburg. Thus, this trip cost us 4 hours of lost vacation time. Who will compensate us for these losses? We offer you, as the organizer of the transfer and the person responsible for booking the hotel - the company Sanatorium, to provide us with Gutschein in the amount of 100 Euros per person for booking on your page next year. In our opinion, this will be reasonable and sufficient compensation for the inconvenience and lost 4 hours of our vacation. I had individual meals (Gluten free), and I was surprised that the kitchen staff literally immediately responded to all my requests and wishes. For me there was always enough choice in food and even dessert, something that hotels very rarely pamper me with. Thank you everyone for the excellent treatment and relaxation.
