The attitude of the staff is friendly, starting from the administrators who check into the room, the nurses during the procedures, the wonderful doctor Mrs. Svetlana, the masseur Mr. Yan, the waitresses to the maids, everyone works efficiently and harmoniously. The food is varied, everything is tasty and fresh, many thanks to the chef and all the kitchen workers. The whole team The sanatorium works for people. The procedures are overpriced. It should be noted the poor work of the masseuse in massage room 10. The management of the sanatorium should pay attention to the professional skills or attitude to her work on the part of this masseuse. Moreover, the doctor knew that the patient refused the services of this masseuse and did not inquire about the circumstances of the refusal of services. Also, reflex massage in room 27 instead of 20 minutes was carried out for 15 minutes, which were prescribed as additional procedures with payment.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the spa hotel. We are being treated here twice. My husband is much fitter after his stroke and comes home much fitter. We received very good treatment. Medical staff, especially our doctor Irina is nice and professional. The room was always clean. The food was prepared with love and tasted delicious. We plan to come here again for treatment. Modern, clean hotel with a very nice and courteous staff. Everyone makes an effort to please the guests and has a smile on their face. The concierge is very helpful. The treatments are well chosen and contribute to the guest's relaxation and well-being. 12 treatments per guest and per week are sufficient. Additional treatments can be booked. The prices are reasonable and affordable. The rooms are well equipped, only the beds are very hard and the pillows uncomfortable. But after a week you get used to it :-) The cleaning staff are very accommodating and respond to the guests' wishes. Are very polite. The food, which many guests don't take into account, is designed for healthy eating/diet. This is also what it says in the treatment slip/routing slip. There was always fish and meat, but also meatless dishes, salads, soup and dessert. We were very satisfied and always left full. The staff in the restaurant always greeted us with a smile, which made the evening pleasantly sweeter. The dishes were also cleared away immediately. I would really like to mention the hotel bar. Nice girls, Marina and Viktoria, special thanks for the great, delicious cocktails and coffee. We also recommended the bar to friends who were in Karlovy Vary. It's a shame that it's not known that the bar is open to everyone. Please promote it more. The spa area is a dream: a great viewing terrace with a view over Karlovy Vary. Water in the swimming pool at a pleasant 28°C, whirlpool, 1 sauna and 2 steam baths. There is also a well-equipped fitness room. We will definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.Negatives
The only negative point is the strong smell from the kitchen in room 521. The smell was present in the room early in the morning, from the moment breakfast was prepared until dinner. It's not nice to be woken up with that. I can imagine it being worse in the summer than in the fall. The windows are constantly open. Maybe you should think about a better filter system.

The organization of the trip by SANATORIUMS.COM was MISERABLE. ALL of our wishes were ignored, so we DIDN'T RIDE ON A BUS!!!! In addition, one bus was packed and others still had seats available. But the drivers themselves were good.

Every day there was fish, beef, pork, chicken and even on some days additionally duck, rabbit and turkey. For breakfast we made fresh omelets, porridge, pancakes, etc. We were 2 minutes from the snake source. The place is optimal for people with leg problems. There was an excellent driver in that direction, he drove attentively, politely, did not get distracted by his phone, and helped with the suitcases. The return is just terrible. Arrived with a fume. He drove all the way like crazy, blinking at cars to let him pass. There were 7 passengers in the car. I changed lanes without turn signals, I was on my phone all the time on Tik Tok and more. He ate and drank while driving and was completely distracted. Everyone prayed not to crash. We didn’t get home about 100 km, we got out with the first passenger, she sheltered us until my husband picked us up. There was no longer any strength or desire to go with this man. I was worried about the child who was traveling with me. I think there will be more than one complaint about this driver. The condition after such a road is simply ruined.
