On Sundays there are no procedures and the spa center (saunas, swimming pools) is closed, but the variety of excursions compensates for this.

A very good hotel located in a quiet location close to the main springs. The staff is polite, friendly, everyone speaks Russian. Treatment at a very high level using modern equipment. I really liked the massage (Milan) and pneumopuncture (Alenka). The hotel has a small but very cozy swimming pool with a sauna and jacuzzi, which is open until 20-00. The food is varied, a choice of 6 hot dishes (lunch and dinner), juices, water, tea, coffee are included in the price of lunch and dinner, the food is very tasty, especially chicken and carp. I would especially like to note the clear organization of the work of sanatoriums.com in organizing work with the hotel and transfers: everything was very clear, on time, the drivers were very polite. The rooms have very old safes, to operate which we had to take special keys from the reception (the code did not work). Considering that the hotel is small, it is difficult to reschedule the procedure in case of an excursion.

I was treated and rested in April, the weather was sunny, the rest and treatment went wonderfully, I will come again if possible. Located in a fairly convenient location, on a quiet street. Nearby are various colonnades (from 3 to 5 minutes) and the temple of the holy supreme apostles Peter and Paul in Karlovy Vary, the courtyard of the Russian Orthodox Church and if someone needs the Russian consulate. The hotel itself is 99% filled with Russian speakers from the Russian Federation and former Soviet republics. The staff all speak Russian.Negatives
I don't know about other hotels in this region, but this one is clearly not a solid four stars. I would say a good three. I won’t write down anything negative - in any case, it’s a good holiday! But the hotel, or rather its management, clearly lacks dynamics!
