Практически все номера Комфорт имеют 2 отдельные кровати, за исключением нескольких номеров этой категории. Никакого пожелания или примечания к брони от вас не пришло. Когда клиент нам посылает пожелание, мы стараемся - хотя без 100% гарантии- пойти навстречу, однако с вашем случае никаких пожеланий не было и мы предоставили вам номер в соответствии с вашим заказом. Одна большая кровать как правило в номерах Супериор, которые дороже. Уборка в номере в соответстии со стандартами отеля конечно же включена в цену, однако в Вашем номере дошло к сильному повреждению материала подголовника от краски для волос и несмотря на то, что вы пишите что вам удалось стереть краску, к сожалению это не так и следы от краски так на нем и остались. Такое повреждение не является предметом стандартной уборки и согласно Правилам проживания, которые опубликованы на нашем сайте, их отстранение необходимо оплатить. тем не менее даже в этом случае вам ничего оплачивать не пришлось. Good treatments, especially the massage was very good. Very friendly women in the electrotherapy and downstairs in the water therapy area. Kitchen staff tried very hard. We vacationed from November 6 to 18 with a group of 6 families. Everything was perfect. The hotel staff were very respectful, helpful and friendly. There was always enough food, at least 3-4 dishes to choose from. The procedures are standard, as in other sanatoriums. But the devices are new, modern. We will definitely return to this hotel. We are very pleased with the choice of hotel (my intuition did not let me down despite to a number of other not very good reviews) The hotel after a major renovation looks great - a chic lobby, rich granite floors, very beautiful chandeliers everywhere, tasteful and modern furniture, colors of walls and curtains, spacious corridors and shower rooms (just one small request if you can add a cotton pad for removing makeup and cotton swabs in at least one set for a couple) - then, of course, the next day after arrival we went to bribe - but when you arrive after 12-16 hours on the road, you have no strength somewhere There’s no need to go for such little things anymore). It’s very convenient to have a kettle in the room with cups and brewing coffee - you need to bribe it or bring it with you). As requested, we received a room with a balcony for which special thanks.. And a huge one + of course the presence of air conditioning.. And about the SPA zone is a completely separate conversation. Everything is just SSSUUUPEEER..👌👌👌👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍There are 2 the pool on the 3rd floor is large and on the ground floor is small.. There are indeed some inconveniences that I would like to ask to be eliminated - 🙏🙏 - when waiting in line for the procedure schedule - there are no chairs or benches 😪👎👎 (they were there before the renovation, said visitors who this is not the first time they have come to this hotel) and apparently due to the desire to preserve the modern design, all the chairs and benches have not returned to their places😔 many people who arrived for treatment - quite elderly and with musculoskeletal problems - must stand for half an hour and wait longer in line standing...And the same situation (lack of chairs/benches in front of the rooms for gas injections). The entire medical building is equipped with excellent bathrooms, various equipment for many procedures. And now a special thank you to the medical staff - the nurses are very kind and friendly in any tense situations (for example, during a large arrival of guests who required attention and patience with them. Especially Anna, who accompanied everyone to the procedures and carried them out. Doctor Indra gives gas injections, Tomas is the manager and organizer of the order of your procedures..
