We stayed at the Ulrika hotel from 04/12/2023 -04/21/2023. Good location of the hotel in the city center. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The room is cozy, bedding and bathrobes were changed upon request. The procedures were performed in the first half of the day, which is very convenient!! The lobby bar is open from 15.00 to 18.00 and 20 to 20.30 for half an hour in the evening!!!. Billiards until 20.00. It was my mother’s birthday, no card, no nice little thing from the hotel. The bed was changed once in 6 days! Housekeeping took out the trash and changed towels. Dirty glasses/cups stood for the entire 6 days. Все одноместные номера имеют вид во двор отеля и их размеры указаны на сайте., Ваш номер точно также выходил окнами во двор, а не на стену и со стороны отеля Вам было предложено за доплату, если Вас это не устраивает, поменять на просторный двухместный номер с видом на ул. Садовая. Одноместных номеров с видом на улицу в отеле нет. Полная уборка номера и смена постельного белья производится каждые 4 дня/3 ночи проживания, что указано и на сайте отеля. Мусор выносится каждый день,,также уборка ванной комнаты и смена полотенец, если они оставлены на полу, производится каждый день. Все актуальные информации есть на нашем сайте и соответствуют действительности. Еда в ресторане дополняется постоянно в течение времени, когда проходят завтрак и ужин. Алла Моцова,отдел бронирования
