I was on vacation from 10/1/19 to 10/9/19. The location of the hotel was good - a good daily promenade to the colonnade, very close to a park area, which means clean air. Spacious room, all the equipment in it is new, the staff is attentive, tries to help, responds to all small requests. The treatment room is clean, the procedure schedule is not disrupted. I would like to thank the staff at Hotel Devin. The restaurant staff was professional, quick and friendly, the food was delicious. Many thanks to the cleaning lady, everything was great. Unfortunately I can't say that about the medical department. Although the doctor, the masseuses and the workers during the water procedures were really nice, friendly, hardworking and professional. Unfortunately I can't say anything about other nurses. I wish you all good health and much success.Negatives

Dear head nurse Yana, who makes a very smart schedule and always! He responds to the requests and wishes of vacationers to make them feel comfortable! We love you very much! Lyubochka who gives massages and injections is simply wonderful! Girls, other masseuses, a new young nurse and a woman in the baths - thank you all for your great work and all this with a smile on your face every day!!! In general, the attitude of the medical staff is at least 200 percent!!! Thanks to the girls in the dining room who, in addition to their work, know how to create a mood!!! and to the staff at the reception desk, attention!!! We will definitely come again!!!
