Room cleaning only in the morning (early enough), if you don’t let them in, they won’t come in later. 2. They didn’t provide tea/coffee, although this is required according to the room category. At first we reminded, then we started taking tea from the restaurant. 3. There was a case when a worker entered the room without knocking and started checking the network! At the same time, he did not say hello or comment anything, although my husband was in the room. 4. The maids did not pay attention to the "do not disturb" sign and knocked on the door. 5. In the restaurant, the Czech staff also did not burden themselves with diligence; once, upon request to clear the table for breakfast, the administrator invited us to sit at a bare table stained with cups, brushing the crumbs off it with his hand. I regularly had to ask for cutlery. The Russian-speaking restaurant staff was much more customer-oriented and there were no complaints about them. One day we came for dinner at 20.15 and saw a completely cleaned empty restaurant, the Czech kitchen worker told us that they had already finished working, although dinner was until 20.30. As a result, the Russian-speaking administrator quickly organized them and prepared dinner for us. We hope that the hotel management will take our comments into account, because we would like to continue to relax in Devin.

The renovation continued even after our arrival on July 1, 2019 (although it should have been completed by that time) and lasted throughout our entire stay (until July 7, 2019), which is why it was noisy, dirty, and smelled of paint and glue.
