Many thanks to all the hotel staff, very friendly, polite and attentive employees, without exception: the director, reception staff, waiters and cooks in the restaurant, of course the medical staff, maids - all employees try to create comfortable conditions for relaxation. They promptly help in resolving any issues, from ordering tickets and taxis to resolving medical issues and consultations. A very convenient schedule of procedures in the first half of the day; when prescribing treatment, all the client’s wishes are taken into account. There is never a queue for procedures. The balneocenter is perfectly clean! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, beautiful table setting, clean tablecloths and a pleasant addition - fresh flowers that decorate the tables; the feeling of warmth and comfort is enhanced by candles during dinner. Thanks to the restaurant staff! The choice of dishes is always varied. Often for dessert there are delicious pastries, fruits and especially delicious yogurt with cherries and fruits. I hope that in the future the hotel will host evenings with live music, at least once a week, this is perhaps the only thing that the hotel lacks. A nice addition is two hours of daily free access to the swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna, which is located a three-minute walk from the hotel. The undoubted advantage of the hotel is that it is located in a green area, quiet and quiet from the noise of the car from the main street. I lived in a standard room. The room is large, comfortable, bed linen and towels are crystal white, changed regularly, mattresses and bed linen are hypoallergenic, which is especially important for me.
