We really liked it, and of course, we will recommend Devin to our friends and acquaintances. Moreover, we came with two dogs, and it’s rare to come to such a place. There were some minor drawbacks, but I think this can all be solved. Sometimes there were questions about nutrition, but perhaps this is just Czech cuisine, which we are not used to. Well, it’s also worth keeping an eye on the freshness of the products. I was hoping to make mud applications and mud baths, but it turns out they don’t make them, but they do on the page. These advertisements must be removed and not mislead visitors. Baths are made with mud concentrate. Think and delete incorrect data. I really liked it! The spa hotel is very cozy. Located a little away from the main street, even during working hours, during the day it is SILENT! 1000 meters to the source - excellent! The staff is friendly. Food: every day the chefs try to change the menu, which they succeed in doing. The restaurant has friendly staff and feels like professionals. The medical staff is OUTSTANDING! The doctor is absolute Oh complete incompetence, he even forgot to prescribe me what water to drink (that’s why I came to Lazne), all this is compensated by the clever older sister, it seems that all the points rest on her! Treatment in Devin. she's 10 points! The food is, in principle, of high quality and varied, just one remark there is little dietary food, but at my request they helped me and in the second part of my stay I had practically dietary food. This was our first time at this resort and this hotel. I was left with a very good impression of everything. Friendly attitude of the staff, especially in the medical department. I really enjoyed the vacation, even though it was short-term, only 7 nights. Room 219 is in good repair and fully equipped. Even a kettle and coffee, tea and sugar, it was not at all bad to have a cup in the evening after a walk. The staff is qualified and there were no problems as most of them communicate in Russian. The location of the hotel seemed optimal to me personally; I walked at least 20,000 steps a day. In general, I’ve been to ML for the third time, and I consider this city and hotels to be the most acceptable for relaxation and treatment, even more so. Special thanks to the Sanatorium staff for organizing the holiday to the employee, Alexey, who met and escorted us to the ap. Respect - a very good-natured guy and polite!Negatives

I was on vacation from 10/1/19 to 10/9/19. The location of the hotel was good - a good daily promenade to the colonnade, very close to a park area, which means clean air. Spacious room, all the equipment in it is new, the staff is attentive, tries to help, responds to all small requests. The treatment room is clean, the procedure schedule is not disrupted.
