Very friendly staff. The treatment was at a good level; it was always possible to agree on rescheduling the procedure to a more convenient time. Good breakfasts, very plentiful and tasty dinners, for three weeks not a single dish on the menu was repeated, fish dishes were offered three or four times a week. Clean, spacious, bright rooms. We were pleased with the free safe in the room and the ability to turn the heating (towel rail) and ventilation in the bathroom on and off. Fast Internet. ...which I didn’t get, apparently due to its not very good location: the fact that it’s a bit far from the springs wouldn’t have been so bad, but you have to climb the steep climb leading to the hotel at least three times a day... And Why can't we make ramps on the stairs???!!! For how many decades have there been suitcases on wheels? Is it really impossible to attach at least runners to the steps over the years???

Smoking is allowed on the floors and is allowed in the room. We were evicted from our room at 11 am and were not given lunch.

Any hotel has its pros or cons...so it’s not worth writing about them (every person has their own opinion)..but a bad (negative) review of the hotels we visited: "Westend", "Continental", "Flora" and We don't have "Devin". Overall everything is good. We've been to Marianske Lazne before. At the Zvezda-Skalnik Hotel. Here, of course, it’s more modest. But, as they say: the cost and quality of services are quite consistent. In addition, we were in the period of events to open the holiday season. Staying in ML turned into a complete holiday. We are very pleased with our stay at the Devin sanatorium. We received an amazing charge of energy and health. The staff goes to great lengths to ensure that their patients' experience and treatment is just that. how we felt them. Time flew by, but good memories remained with us. I would especially like to note the professionalism of the senior nurse Monica. She literally holds in her hands all the work of the health center of the sanatorium. You can contact her with any question or even request. The reception will also always help and advise. This is our third time coming to Marianske Lazne. This year we mainly focused on price. And we really liked the hotel. Wonderful friendly staff, excellent service at the treatment center. Good breakfasts - porridge, cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs in different varieties, cheese, ham, etc., juices, milk, tea, coffee. Dinner must be pre-ordered and here I would like to commend the work of the chef. Everything we ordered was very tasty and beautifully presented. I liked the room itself - quite large and with good comfortable beds (cleaning was done daily). In general, the hotel is very cozy, everything in it is well thought out and most importantly, everything is very clean. We also liked the location. Yes, it is not in the very center and on a slight hill, it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the Colonnade. So that’s even good. Walking, moving - it's necessaryNegatives
This is not a drawback, but just a recommendation: take toiletries with you (there is nothing except a bar of soap) and a hairdryer if you need it. As well as a robe and slippers for visiting the treatment center.

We stayed for 7 days. For the second time in our life in a 3-star hotel. The hotel was clean, large and bright rooms. Comfortable beds, we lived on the second floor without a balcony, but this did not bother us. The room cleaners were friendly and helpful. It’s fortunate that the hotel located a 5-minute walk from the city pool. The pool is excellent, European, clean with separate saunas for men and women and wonderful Jacuzzis and not expensive, you can go in for an hour, two, three - according to desire and money.Negatives
The food was rated poorly, although we didn’t need variety. We once asked to replace the dish or at least a side dish, and at the same time the restaurant staff started a discussion with us, motivating us by the fact that they had everything accounted for. They never served drinks other than water for lunch - this is already absurd. The juice was diluted in the morning until it tasted like water. I asked my husband for a second cutlet, they laughed in his face and didn’t give it to me. There was no fruit except apples every other day, and this was in August! The treatment was also somehow the same. My husband had two pearl baths, only the second time he understood what this pearl bath was, i.e. the first time he was lying in plain water. The last time the gas bags were made for us by the receptionist, someone told us that some procedures were done by the cleaning lady. ..Tyazhelova is that the hotel is located relatively far from the sources, the climb to the hotel spoils the whole walk, but this is indicated in the description. We will not dare to relax in this hotel again.

I liked the location - the hotel is not on the main street, but not far from the center and the forest is very close. But you need to take into account that the road from the springs and from the center goes uphill - maybe this is a problem for some... But if not, then this will be a place where you will want to return!

There should be information in the hotel about procedures in other places. I learned late about acupuncture in some hotel. I accidentally found out about the salt cave. (I managed to get there) And the presence of a swimming pool or a plan for a hike to the nearest one. Thank you.

I really liked that the sanatorium had its own treatment base with a very flexible schedule of visits - it was always possible to agree on rescheduling the procedure to a more convenient time for us. For the most part, the staff is very friendly. They didn't try to scam me out of money. Although they offered paid procedures, they did so unobtrusively... The location was chosen specifically so that there would be a need to move - to go to the colonnade. So there are no complaints about the location, although it is not acceptable for everyone. Linen was changed once a week, but we usually change it at home, towels were changed either along with the linen or upon request - when it lays on the floor. I was very pleased with the room - this was one of our main requirements when choosing a sanatorium - that a 12-year-old child could sleep in a room other than ours. The apartments of the sanatorium are simply magnificent in this regard - very large two rooms opening onto a common corridor. I would also like to note that despite the late check-in (we warned about this), they left us dinner...Negatives
Of course, there are also disadvantages, although they are quite individual. First of all, I would like to note that when I personally go to a sanatorium and take food from the sanatorium, I assume that it will be dietary or have the possibility of dietary meals. Here it is almost impossible, despite the three-week menu with a choice of dishes, seemingly from 4 - in fact, you have to choose from one or two at best, and even those are quite monotonous. The kitchen became boring very quickly, ESPECIALLY breakfast, which was not only monotonous throughout the entire THREE weeks, but was also extremely poor. For example, every day one type of porridge was served - oatmeal with milk, but my wife does not tolerate dairy products - i.e. I was left without any porridge at all. Well, in addition, one yogurt and milk, oh, and boiled and fried eggs. But also with enviable consistency. I can’t say that breakfast is completely bad, but I can’t say that everything is good - well, at least you can show a little imagination...

We had a great rest and treatment. Spa Hotel Devin is located in a quiet and peaceful place. There is a park nearby where you can walk and breathe clean air. There is no swimming pool, but using the hotel card you can go to a huge sports complex which is nearby. The hotel staff is wonderful. Based on the location of the hotel, I would like to say that if anyone has problems with their legs, then you have to climb a hill to get to the hotel. It didn't bother us. It takes about 20 minutes for older people to get to the Colonade. I would like to wish the administration to slightly change the lunch time from 11:30 to 12:30 and dinner from 17:30 to 18:00. This wish is due to the fact that it is difficult to combine procedures and excursions.
