Конечно, после Bашего показательного разговора с менеджером отеля, который состоялся в общественной зоне рядом со стойкой администратора, мы снова обсудили Bашу жалобу. Необходимо отметить тот факт, что на более высоком уровне громкости голоса Bашего мужа менеджер ответилa спокойно, вежливо и терпеливо. Во время разговора Вы получили квалифицированные ответы на все Bаши претензии и запросы. О вашей жалобе в связи с ужином в ресторане мы хотим напомнить, что вечером мы предлагаем нашим гостям стол в форме шведского стола с двумя основными горячими блюдами, с холодным салатом-баром и десертом. Из-за потребления салатов и десертов салат-бар и десертный буфет всегда заменяются, когда заканчивается какой-либо предлагаемый ассортимент. Mы ценим точку зрения наших гостей. We vacationed with my sister from 05-16/11/18 at the Devin Hotel and did not regret choosing the hotel at all. 23 treatment procedures were prescribed. I really liked how they massage the back and collar area. (my shoulders finally stopped hurting) Gas injections, paraffin, gas bag, baths and of course mineral waters. We were offered a forest spring. We ordered breakfast and dinner, generally beyond praise, great variety. (There is something to compare with). It is clear that not everyone has the opportunity to come for a long period, but they don’t even recommend anything to make it more effective. They're just interested in money. I myself later guessed to take additional procedures for additional money. And, by the way, the Breuss massage, stated according to the price, was in fact absent, due to the fact that the masseuse who knew this technique quit. I went through many hotels and found this massage, but only managed to do 3 procedures. The pain in my shoulders had gone away, and after the massage my lower back felt better. My leg hurt 3 days before departure and, in principle, asking and asking for something is useless. She asked me to replace the assigned partial classical massage with a general one with an additional payment, because... My leg hurt, but they said that the massage therapist was alone today and didn’t have time, so they offered to replace the back massage with a foot massage. But what does this one procedure solve! It hasn’t become much easier and, by the way, their foot massage doesn’t come from the toes, they don’t even touch the foot, they start from the ankle. Like this! The medical staff themselves are very friendly, neat, and pleasant to talk to. Always clean diapers. The senior nurse is very fluent in languages (not only Russian!). Thank you very much for the treatment, but it’s a pity that the doctor does not delve into the medical history, works according to the standard scheme and according to the principle of who gets it and who doesn’t. Well, during the treatment you need to somehow take an interest in how you are feeling, maybe things have gotten worse. In my case, I don’t even know what to blame, why did my leg hurt so much? C врачом можно говорить на русском, немецком или английском языках (к сожалению, он не носитель русского языка). Врач представляет всех клиентов с питьевым лечением. Если у гостей есть какое-либо заболева́ния суста́вов, рекомендуется также питьевoe лечение. Источники в ML рекомендуются главным образом в случаях урологических, метаболических и респираторных заболеваний. Массаж Breuss, к сожалению, не относится к базовому пакету предлагаемых услуг. Это специальная процедура, предоставляемая физиотерапевтами. В настоящее время мы не можем обеспечить этот массаж из-за долговременной болезни физиотерапевта. Поэтому покупать эту процедуру также невозможно. Запланированный частичный классический массаж, который назначается врачом, может быть заменен на другую процедуру только после предыдущeй консультации с врачом, он, к сожалению, не рекомендовал массаж ног с точки зрения вашего здоровья.
