???!!! It’s difficult to answer what’s positive about it. The location seems to be good, there are springs, a colonnade and a park nearby, but we must not forget that this is almost the highest point of the city and if you have bad legs, you won’t be able to find it. It seems that the staff is friendly and responsive, but on the second or third day you realize that it’s just their job: to smile at you. It seems that the rooms are good, large, clean and with a beautiful view of the city and the park, which seem to be on your hand, but this is only half of the rooms, while others have a view of the parking lot and the walls of nearby houses. Therapeutic procedures are traditional for Marienbad: dry carbon dioxide baths, gas injections, magnetic therapy, massage... etc., a good, cozy and compact spa center.Negatives
But there is a lot of this. First of all, as they say, we weren’t expecting you. Until we showed the written reservation form, we didn’t even think about checking in. When they were convinced, they tried to sell us a small number, until they again showed that we had “superior”, and then they only “took pity” and gave us a large number. And it's all nerves. Secondly, this is a super formal doctor's appointment. It consists in the fact that you yourself write what worries you and he prescribes procedures, including a drinking course, and this without urine and blood tests. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!! After all, the waters in the sources are different, and instead of treatment, you can only harm yourself. Thirdly, this is nutrition. The cook tries very hard, but as they say, not everything can be fixed. The paucity of variety of dishes is not even surprising, but rather striking; this can be found in a run-down motel, and not in a 4-star hotel. Saving is certainly a good thing, but not to that extent. Fourthly, this is parking. 8 euros per day, on the street, without security, behind a small fence, while in the Zvezda hotel (4 stars) underground, under security - 6 euros. When you add it all up, you understand that out of Krivan’s four stars, only the robe and slippers, and everything else ???!!!, at best three, and that’s a stretch.

The hotel positions itself as 4 stars. In fact, it is no more than 3. Poor nutrition. A visit to the doctor is a formality, nothing more.
