The breakfast was monotonous: 3 types of sausage, 1 type of cheese, a bit of vegetables (cucumber, tomato, pepper). The same sausage every day, the same cheese. Plus juice from a tetra pack, milk and if the machine worked, 2 types of coffee: with or without milk. The chef was a man like a bear, but unfortunately he smelled like it too. Overall, the kitchen was a no-go. Room: unfortunately, no pictures can be added, so I'll try to describe it. There are large gaps in the suspended ceiling in the hallway and bathroom, not because the panels were shifted but because they were too small. the carpet was closed, in some places the floor underneath was visible. The door to the terrace was held together with a Spax screw at the handle. Both doors were leaky. The bathroom was OK, but only 1.5 x 2 meters and the exhaust air in the windowless room only worked for 30 seconds. The elevator sometimes only worked after being persuaded to do so. When the weather is good you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The treatments are good, Nikol from the Balneo Center tries very hard and does a lot, but she shouldn't do all the work alone.

Parking is only available for a fee and is expensive. Beds and mattresses are much too hard, I regularly had back pain when I woke up in the morning. The food is so-so, some dishes taste good, but we had potatoes as a side dish for 6 days in a row and that just can't be healthy. There are always 4 options for dinner, that might sound OK but in reality it's strange. You either eat potatoes or dumplings or something cold for dinner. It was a mystery to us why they didn't offer rice, risotto, couscous, pasta or something similar. Many people have already written about the salad. You don't go hungry but there's no talk of enjoying the food either. They cut corners at every corner in this hotel, the rolls are counted, you don't see dessert, and they hardly refill anything. What is eaten at the beginning is left behind. There are no kettles in the rooms, so if you want to drink tea in the evening you have to buy one. The doctor prescribes treatments but automatically recommends another hotel (Svoboda), where you can get other treatments for an extra charge. Jacuzzi is not working. The cuisine, the food is almost always prepared delicious, but the choice is very small, there are a lot of spices.
