The choice of dishes and quantity of food leave much to be desired. With a large number of guests, there were not enough salads or even chopped vegetables, given the poor choice, and as a result, sometimes there was no choice at all. The staff during the procedures are absolutely not polite and uncommunicative, except for sister Anna. The procedures are more like a conveyor belt, where you cannot ask or say anything. An examination by a doctor....is not called an examination or a conversation at all; unfortunately, there was no meaningful conversation in either Russian or German. The appointment took place in the hotel lobby, the doctor did not even take off his outerwear, wishes regarding health problems were not taken into account, only superficially.... back... only two massages out of 15 procedures, but baths and paraffin on the hands..... We are very pleased with the work of nurse ANECHKA. All treatment at the Krivan hotel rests on her. The masseuses need to be changed or forced to work. We are very pleased with the excursion to Prague - a wonderful guide Lena and very competent with extensive experience and a positive attitude towards people. The massage is weak! I really didn’t like the dinners. We were there for 21 days and they never gave us fish. We liked the breakfasts and the morning service staff was wonderful. There is no library - we left 5 books in Russian and asked to continue, because many Russians love the Krivan Hotel and come and will read. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Masseuse Romana Kolegarova yells at her clients and is very impolite. The food is terrible! Mostly potatoes, fish was old, meat cannot be chewed, no variety or choice of food at all! The hotel is dirty and has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Change of bed linen once a week. Not everyone gets robes and slippers because the hotel doesn't have enough guests. The bed is uncomfortable, the furniture is shabby, there is no minibar, no kettle, no iron in the rooms. I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel!

Upon arrival, no one met us at the hotel; a happy accident helped us not to stay on the street. No information. Hotel Krivan does not correspond to 4 stars. Cleaning was poor, there was no water cooler on the floor. there is not enough staff.

Everything would be fine, but upon arrival at your hotel, the girl at the reception desk immediately told us that she doesn’t speak Russian, of course this is bad, a four-star hotel must live up to its high level, even the taxi driver who took us to the hotel spoke Russian four languages and this pleased us, the beds are not comfortable, the mattresses are hard, the room cleaning is not of high quality, during our two weeks at the hotel the room was vacuumed only once.

The food: It was advertised on the internet that it had its own kitchen, but warm food was delivered from outside. There was hardly any variety either. Drinks were not included in the price. The quality of the massage also left a lot to be desired. Moor packing was also listed on the internet as a treatment, which turned out to be moor pavement on site. The doctor was not interested in the findings he brought with him; the preliminary examination took two minutes. There is no own doctor in the hotel.

The stay at the Krivan Spa Hotel was wonderful. Transfer there and back was on time. The hotel staff is friendly. I would especially like to mention the medical staff. The girls are just great. We recommend excursions with guide Elena. Very professional guide. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. We recommend. Thanks to the entire Sanatoriums team. They always responded clearly to all questions that arose.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the springs, as stated on the website. The room was wonderful - bright and cozy. I would also like to note the work of the restaurant, where it was possible to order a dietary dish (relevant for those who adhere to a diet). The hotel does not meet the requirements of a 4-star hotel. The linen was changed only after 8 days, and then after we had thrown everything on the floor. and this is in 2 weeks. In other hotels, linen was changed 4 times during this period. The food was completely tasteless and monotonous. The rooms are tiny. The beds are sagging. There are no air conditioners.

My husband and I have been traveling for more than 20 years, 2 times a year, we have traveled to many countries, but I have NEVER seen such rude attitude of staff anywhere in the world!!! I complained about rudeness to the director, instead of apologizing and changing my attitude towards vacationers 🙉 As a result, I had to answer the director when he asked: “How are you doing now?” I answered: “Everything is fine,” only so as not to aggravate the already ruined vacation. Moreover, I have repeatedly heard clashes with the staff of other hotel guests, strangers to me. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The food is disgusting, the rooms are saturated with old dust, with many stains on the carpet. Another absurdity in the hotel: there is a fee for using the refrigerator in the room, that is, if we put our food in the refrigerator, then we have to pay 500 Czech crowns per day.🙄 I have never seen this anywhere else!!! Возможно произошла ошибка, так как по нашим данным, Вы не могли общаться с персоналом в бальнео, не обращая внимания на график. Бальнео работники на тот момент были заняты и не могли заниматься этим в данный момент. В качестве приятного бонуса Вам и Вашему мужу были предоставлены экстраординарные процедуры. Вы утверждаете, что извинились перед персоналом за то, что не поняли бальнеологический режим. Нам не понятно, за что Вы извинялись, поскольку персонал не грубит гостям и старается их разместить.
