We were treated and rested there from January 15 to January 29, 2023! We are so pleased and happy - we cannot convey all our best feelings! The treatment was wonderful, and there were baths and a list of procedures in terms of quality and time, and a wonderful medical employee of the medical department, Stas, polite and attentive and very diligent! A professional in his field! Special thanks to the service staff - the cook in the restaurant - the food was delicious and varied - the portions were large and aesthetically decorated - pleasant! Wonderful assistants - waitresses Maritta and Sobina - friendly and always with a smile! The restaurant is always clean and beautiful! It's rare to meet such conscientious and smiling employees! The rooms are clean - cleaning every day! Excellent beds - just for patients with back problems! Special thanks to Sobina! A hard worker with humor and kindness! And in general, everything is great - you can feel the decent work of the hotel managers in terms of personnel selection and the external and internal appearance of the SPA Hotel Krivan! The hotel administrators also left a good impression! My stay at the hotel was without treatment, short-term, so I can’t judge much, but I spent this one day with pleasure, the food was excellent, the room was cozy, the staff was caring. The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance of a singing fountain, a colonnade, and a meeting point for an excursion to Prague, which the hotel provided as a gift.
