I rested at the Krivan Hotel from 02/04/17 to 02/18/17. I liked it very much. The hotel is located next to the Colonade and the trolleybus stop (12 CZK), the reception staff is pleasant, there are a lot of sockets in the room, which was a pleasant surprise, the clothes dryer is large, the mattress and pillow are comfortable. Treatment 3 procedures per day, nurse Anna is very attentive. I liked the food for breakfast: cottage cheese and yogurt, sliced sausages and cheese, hot sausages or sausages, boiled eggs, pastries and fruit. They don't know how to cook porridge. For dinner (custom) fish 3-4 times a week. Tea and coffee in the evening for extra. Pay. The price and quality of service were a pleasant surprise throughout the hotel. There is no swimming pool or mineral bath, there is a star hotel nearby where there is a gorgeous swimming pool and it is fashionable to order mineral baths. Sometimes they didn’t have time to close the colonnade at 18.00, but you can fill a bottle with mineral water and take it with you, which helped out.

The hotel does not correspond to 4*, when we checked into the hotel, we saw a 3* sign at the entrance, of course we were upset. The food, of course, could have been better (breakfast is monotonous, lunch and dinner are on the menu (which is also not convenient (but for us they accommodated the meeting and prepared only chicken and beef, since we don’t eat pork. Thank you! Drinks for lunch and dinner are all paid (The doctor’s examination took 5 minutes (for two people), what we told him about our health, he immediately noted on a piece of paper and prescribed the same procedures for my husband and I))) We wish the hotel to change the breakfast menu! Wonderful place!! Quiet, calm. Settlement is fast. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant has an excellent menu that includes both dietary dishes and generally accepted dishes. There are traditional German and Italian dishes, lots of fruits and vegetables. The spa offers baths and mud therapy. The joints and spine were treated very well, manual massage and hydromassage. All the staff are very polite and friendly. Everyone smiles cordially (not an ordinary smile), and sincerely wants to help.

I was pleasantly surprised! Very, very good! The location is ideal, the colonnade with drinking pump rooms is almost literally at your fingertips. The view was of the fountain, every day began with a beautiful picture, the rooms were not large, but comfortable. It can be seen that the medical part has recently been renovated, all the equipment is new, nice design in a modern style, a lot of wooden details, relaxation! Of the procedures, I liked the baths the most, they were very powerful.

My wife and I are vacationing in this hotel for the 5th time, the length of stay is from 3 to 5 weeks. We have a positive opinion on all points of the survey. OF COURSE. YOUNG people NEED something different, but, unfortunately, we are old people .it is quite cozy here. This does not mean that there is no room for improvement. For example, it would be a good idea to replace the TVs. It would be worth improving the elevator operation by building an external freight elevator in the courtyard to serve the kitchen and employees. The big drawback is the lack of a swimming pool, which could be built at the second or third floor level above the parking lot. If health allows, next year we will be in KRIVANA.
