The spa park is beautifully laid out, easily accessible and well maintained. 5.) The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful. 6.) It's the little things that add up here. 1.) The whirlpool was not available during the stay due to technical problems. What's more, it wasn't cordoned off at the beginning. 2.) The whole hotel urgently needs a general overhaul. 3.) e.g.: electrical switches in the bathroom could only be switched on with force (poor contact). The upholstery of the seating furniture urgently needed a thorough cleaning. Please don't misunderstand, at first glance everything is clean and tidy. Only after a while do you notice the little things. We also really enjoyed the stay. But four stars is excessive.

There are a lot of negative things about Krivan...; -Firstly, only upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted as if we had asked to spend the night, they gave us cards in our hands (keys to rooms) and Ilion wherever you want...they didn’t explain what was where and how! According to the arrival plan, we then fought on our own ...went to the doctor in the evening and it was literally 30 seconds for each person, not interested in anything! -the entire time we arrived, the electrics in the room were not working...they left requests and zero. - and the most not very pleasant thing of all was the cockroaches all around in the rooms, their darkness was just, in the suitcase and on things and everywhere, it was disgusting. - the rooms are dirty, there is a stench, the towels have an unpleasant smell, the dressing gowns in the rooms were in size “xs”, why and for whom? - I don’t understand, why the hell, there were no slippers, it was disgusting to put my things in the closets, Everything is sticky and dusty! -there wasn’t enough food in the dining room, the first 10 people who came in had salads, and the rest, for example 30 people, whatever you want, there wasn’t any more! The food wasn’t very good, it was given out to pigs! - the most important treatment in this sanatorium cannot even be called TREATMENT, the treatment rooms are not equipped at all, the stench of sewage, the nurse Lenka (that’s what they called her) is rude, treats people aggressively, ran baths with cold water twice and forgot to turn off the taps, there was a flood. ..She puts pressure on the masseuse Valentina in the staff and doesn’t treat her with respect, Valentina works conscientiously (golden hands) did massages for 10 minutes, And Lenka ran in and constantly screamed, 7 minutes is enough for them! Sorry, but what kind of massage is this for 10 minutes?? ?And where do you think the wellness is in this resort hotel??? -

Price-performance ratio very good! Best location, opposite the famous colonnades with the most important medicinal waters. The northern spa park practically begins at the door. A few meters to the bus stop. A few minutes walk to the “Casino” community center for events (concert, etc.). Service very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean. In all hotels there are always little things that make you wonder why they don't get fixed, but they're not worth the fuss. TV too small to watch from bed and not enough German channels.

This is my first time vacationing in Marianske Lazne and choosing the Krivan hotel turned out to be very successful!! The hotel is located centrally, next to the colonnade!! Separately, I would like to note the friendly and professional attitude of all the staff, I would like to express special gratitude to Elena Chuba (a waitress from the restaurant) for her sincerity and help in all matters, be it internal regulations or a question regarding the resort, she is always very friendly and carries out all orders with ease! !! We hit exactly the right note with the Hotel Krivan. A small but nice hotel in exactly the right location. Just a 2 minute walk from the Trinkhalle. Warm-hearted and friendly staff in service, food and treatments. During the conversation, the doctor was able to prescribe exactly what our body urgently needed. Our soul was not neglected either. For New Year's Eve dinner we took the bus to the Hotel Goethe. As the time went on, the mood became more and more relaxed. It was a really nice evening that we will definitely remember for a long time. Marienbad and the Hotel Krivan will definitely see us again, probably in the warmer season

Nie wieder. Das zimmer haben wir übernommen mit einem vollem Abfalleimer , an der Rezeption keine einzige Frage deutlich beantwortet bekommen . Das essen wurde geliefert und hat nicht frisch ausgesehen soeben auch der Geschmack. Fiele Gäste haben einfach in der Stadt gegessen. Am zweiten Januar haben wir das Hotel verlassen mit sehr schlechten Launen , da uns die Frau bei Rezeption versuch hat um 100 Euro zu bescheißen . The guests of this hotel are nothing more than a means of profit: The food is terrible, the service is disgusting, the procedures are partially unprofessional (massage). New Year's dinner was also ruined, I wanted to sit with already familiar guests, but I had to sit strictly according to the names on the tables. For trying to sit at another table, my wife was simply yelled at. There were no prices on the tables for drinks, which were very overpriced. The spit pork, prepared for the guests, was brought 10 minutes before the bus departed. On January 2, we asked for an invoice for additional services and they gave us a handwritten piece of paper with an amount that was 100 Euros more than we spent. We were already prepared for this and naturally were indignant, to which we were immediately given an official invoice with the correct amount without delay. For the money spent for seven days in this hotel you could have a good rest by the sea.

Hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, but to 2 stars hotel. Food is definitely poor, no selection of meals and drinks, even coffee and tea are not offered. German language is not spoken, very little. At the reception we were told: "You knew you were going to the Czech Republic, then you have to know a little Czech!" Applications cannot be recommended, we felt better with fewer applications. Conclusion: We have already stayed in several hotels in Mariánské Lázně and other spa towns in the Czech Republic, including 3 star hotels, everything was definitely of higher quality and price-adjusted.
