The sanatorium is located on a hill, directly above the colonnade and central drinking springs. 100 meters from the singing fountain. This is the center of the SPA resort, all attractions are within walking distance. We got a room with two balconies overlooking the city.Negatives
The upholstered furniture in the room has long been in need of replacement: worn out, and in some places simply torn upholstery. But the food that causes the most negativity is monotonous breakfasts, a meager buffet and instant coffee. We had half board, i.e. We also had dinner at the hotel. So every day for dinner we ate cabbage salad (without options), a second course to order (a piece of meat and rice or pasta) and soup that tasted like “from a bag.” One day we were half an hour late for dinner and were left without soup and salad. The hotel staff speaks only Czech. They are all good people, but the lack of communication brings some discomfort. К сожалению, мы не знаем, из какой комнаты вы были, чтобы выяснить, где находится порванная мебель. Персонал отеля говорит на немецком, русском и чешском языках. На ужин есть выбор из 4 видов основных блюд, мы думаем, что это нормально, всегда есть выбор из двух видов мяса, что-то для вегетарианцев и холодная тарелка, если никто ничего другого не выбирает. Если бы у вас были проблемы с едой, вы могли бы договориться с поваром о чем-то другом, речь идет только об общении между персоналом отеля и клиентом.

It should be downgraded to only 2 stars: 1) TV was too old and not working; there were no main news channels; 2) it was impossible to get warm water in the shower: either super hot or cold; 3) the mattress was ancient and too hard, the pillows were too old, the blanket was too hot for the summer; 4) the building next door has a reconstruction project and the workers were making lots of noise starting before 8 am. 5) the buttons in the elevator were poorly functioning and too old; 6) the front door was too narrow; 7) the food choices and quality was very poor.Answer from Spa Hotel Krivan

Hello! First and foremost, I would like to thank the hotel staff for the friendliness and nice atmosphere in the hotel. Furthermore, the room is cleaned every day, very clean. The food in the restaurant is good, a nice view of the colonnades from above. I really liked the spa treatments, especially the mud bath and CO2 injections, I have less pain now. Cleaning in the room is poor, in 2 weeks of stay the bathroom was never cleaned, the garbage was not taken out every day, towels and bathrobe were changed on the 5th day, the bed was changed once in 2 weeks, there was dust and cobwebs in the room. We arrived at the hotel at night, the plane was delayed, so I don’t know why our reservation was not in the hotel system, they didn’t want to accept it at the reception desk, they said either to go outside at 2 am or until the morning with friends in one small room. After long negotiations and calls, 30 minutes they gave us a room until the morning. About the cold dinner there was no talk. Restaurant is open for meals on limited dates. Breakfast consists of a varied, narrow buffet. Lunch and evening meals are chosen the day before from three available options. Beer or wine are charged separately. The sun terrace is about 6 square meters. The obtrusively loud Czech radio program is played relentlessly in the restaurant and lobby. The few titles in the therapy area are in an endless loop and become annoying after a few sessions. Wir weisen unsere Kunden immer darauf hin, dass unsere Bank Gebühren für die Währungsumrechnung von € in CZK zum aktuellen Wechselkurs hinzufügt. Nachdem Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bezahlt hatten, wollten Sie diese Gebühr zurückerstatten, also bot Ihnen die Leitung unseres Hotels eine Lösung an: 1.
