Sie haben eines der schönsten Zimmer bewohnt, ein Zimmer mit Balkon wir haben Ihnen keinen Aufpreis gerechnet für den Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf Marienbader Kurhäuser, Wälder und die Berge. Dabei bewerten Sie die Unterkunft mit 3, was sehr Schade ist. Wir sind uns nicht bewusst, dass jemand von unserem Personal unfreundlich wäre. Eigentlich haben wir immer positives gehört.

Price-performance ratio is absolutely right; clean, well-kept rooms and treatment rooms, friendly staff. If you get your bearings, the location above is well known and can be overcome quickly for good pedestrians. At 84 years old, I had no problems with it, the leaves became slippery due to the rain and the paths were promptly cleared of leaves, quite pleasant.Negatives
Unfortunately there was no catering at Richard, so the guests had to leave the restaurant around 6:30 p.m. There were no more drinks after that, you shouldn't expect that from the guests, especially since this area of communication would also be useful, although the lounge was available , but there were no drinks, which was a very big deficiency in our opinion and will stop us from booking at Richard again. The trip to Prague suffered from a lack of information; those involved should be told in advance how the tour would proceed, so 6 German fellow travelers had to "endure" a Russian travel report for 2 hours and 10 minutes without interruption. That was stressful and had a negative impact on the journey. The tour guide in Prague in German was excellent - good.Positives

We (my husband and I) were very satisfied with our stay at the "Richard". The treatment staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. All treatments were always carried out on time and well. The food was always good and very sufficient. Sure, Covid 19 has spoiled the last two weeks, but that's a general problem and not "Richard's". Staff really tried to protect as much as possible. When it comes to food, vegetarians have a pretty bad deal, even if there are plenty of vegetables on offer. Meat dishes were always very good and varied. Every year we vacationed in different places. But everyone is delighted with their holiday in Marianske Lazne and the Richard Hotel. We dream of coming back here again next year. Special thanks to Elena for the perfectly organized excursions to Prague, Karlovy Vary, Munich and good guides. The transfer was well organized. Our treatment holiday at the Richard Spa Hotel in November was pleasant and, most importantly, effective. Calm, almost homely atmosphere, attentive staff. Treatments, swimming pool - all on one floor. Mineral water Rudolfov Pramen in the hotel. And during the day it’s nice to take a walk to the Colonade, if the doctor has prescribed other water. We rested at the Richard Spa Hotel from 10/24/19 to 11/07/19. Thanks to Sanatoriums.com, our wishes for hotel accommodation were taken into account and, as always, transfer from the airport and back was very clearly organized. This is a spa hotel, so the procedures are not so much therapeutic as relaxing. The staff at the reception, in the spa, in the restaurant, and the maids are very friendly and attentive. During our stay, the guests at the hotel were mainly Czechs, Germans, and our former compatriots from Germany, everyone was polite and friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good, the breakfasts were ordinary, the dinners made to order were varied and tasty. It was very convenient how the snack was organized, if you have half board, from 11-30 to 13-30 you can come and have a snack with salad and soup.Negatives
