The medical department is new, pleasantly located, the equipment is not old, the staff smiles, talks, even if they don’t know Russian very well, the main thing is to smile and make contact, they help in everything. They prescribed inhalations, good ones, with water from a forest spring. The restaurant is excellent, I can’t even call it a dining room, the waiters are obsequious, the chef was pleased with the variety, mainly Czech and German cuisine. The portions were very large, my eyes were scared, but there was nothing left on the plate, very tasty, but there was no heartburn, no heaviness, and no kilograms gained. By the way, we walked a lot, there is a Slovakian forest nearby, there are many attractions, in the center to the pump rooms you can go down the stairs to the main street or take a detour along Russian street, very convenient. that in the morning there is an opportunity not to go to the center for water, but to drink in the building, because there are procedures, breakfast, and you don’t want to do everything in a hurry. Quiet, green, very inexpensive for its level. I also recommend the pool and jacuzzi.

I'll start with the location, the hotel is located on the road along which not many cars pass during the day, it didn't bother me, on the other side there is a forest, silence, birds, if the windows look out there it will be wonderful. We had a room in an old building and the windows overlooked the road and the Orthodox Church. Food is average, not much choice. There were many German citizens in the hotel during our stay, they were happy with everything, judging by their happy faces, the beer in the restaurant was apparently delicious, they always took it for lunch and dinner, even the women. The treatment is standard, as in many other hotels, on our previous visits we were at the Zvon Palace, Belvedere, the same thing there, baths, injections, gas bags. Our room was cozy, the sun shone almost all day. It’s a 10-minute walk to the city center and the springs, walks had a very positive effect on our health, clean air, the opportunity to immediately leave the hotel to be in the forest was very pleasing every day. Since we were going to the Czech Republic for the first time, we booked a hotel for a week. This was enough to see all the pros and cons. Let's talk about the good stuff first. The impression of the hotel is good, it is clear that it was renovated not so long ago. All procedures begin with minute precision, the Germans are resting! For five working days, you received 15 procedures prescribed by the doctor and, if desired, with an additional payment, you can choose something additional. For treatment, the rating is a solid A. The room is decent, deserves its four stars. The staff is attentive and friendly.Negatives
Now a little about the unpleasant. There was no cleaning of the room; on the first day, as usual, they left euros for the maid, but they were surprised when they entered the room after cleaning. The shower cabin had not been wiped down, there was a month's layer of dust on the furniture, and if you opened the windows wide, debris fell out. There are cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The mini bar in the room is something! The refrigerator stank of some kind of smoked meats and did not cool at all! So-so box with lighting. Gym. Of the five simulators, only two were in working order. Restroom. There is a computer, but there were not many people willing to sit at it, the Internet was very slow. Sauna. Did not happen. It will be a bit expensive. An hour costs 8 euros, but that would be nothing, just a sauna for four and you need to find companions yourself, otherwise pay 32 euros and take a steam bath alone. В фитнесс-зале действительно аппараты неисправны. Мы уже вызвали мастера, который их починит. Посещение сауны у нас приватное, и наша цена 8 евро вполне соответствует средним ценам в других отелях Марианских Лазней. The hotel is located on a slope surrounded by forest. Very convenient location, not far from the drinking gallery and the city center. Pleasant atmosphere, good treatment, friendly staff. It is possible to purchase additional procedures you like. The resort offers good excursion services. We went from the Transtour company, they are located on Main Street, house 44.. To Germany - Bamberg and Nuremberg, as well as to Cesky Krumlov. Convenient communication with Karlovy Vary, by train from the railway station, 1 hour travel through picturesque places. We really enjoyed the rest and treatment.

We had a family holiday at the Richard Spa Hotel. We were very pleased with the service - the hotel is comfortable, and all requests are fulfilled impeccably. The room is cleaned daily, the bed was changed 2 times in two weeks. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the center with the source, but it takes longer to get back since it’s an uphill climb. A standard set of procedures at a spa, but everything was done efficiently, there were no queues.Negatives
