There is no reserved parking for your car; they only have 5 parking spaces for the entire Hotel; the rest should be placed on the street. The hotel is four stars, there is no diet menu either, the dishes are all very salty or spicy, a lot of spices, tomato and garlic. Going to the kitchen, as the doctor advised, had no effect. The answer was unequivocal, we prepare for everyone, there are no individual orders. The menu doesn't have much variety. My husband suffered from stomach pain throughout his stay, two weeks. The hotel is 4 stars, but it is not clean. It's a shame, but we won't go there again.Positives
I really liked the hotel, the location is great, very quiet, next to the forest. The morning begins with the singing of birds. Nearby is an Orthodox church. Very beautiful. The center and the main street are a 5-minute walk away. The hotel staff is very good-natured and always ready to help. They helped me find out the schedule of the necessary transport. The food in the hotel restaurant is simply excellent! The restaurant is very beautiful, clean, large windows with a wonderful view. The food is very tasty, a variety of dishes: salmon, trout, lamb, a variety of vegetables, salads, very beautiful presentation of the dishes. Very good coffee for breakfast. All kinds of baked goods. I also enjoyed lunch at the hotel. This is soup and 2 types of salad, very tasty, fresh bread. Very convenient, fast, satisfying and at the same time there is no overeating and there is no feeling of hunger until a luxurious dinner at 17.30. Due to technical reasons, this spa hotel could not accept us and you offered us another hotel. Only sanatoiums.com employees can be held accountable with such responsibility when providing booking and accommodation services to clients. The proposed replacement Falkensteiner Spa Hotel is one of the best spa hotels in Marianske Lazne. They notified us of another offer in a timely manner, even increased the number of procedures ordered and did not charge an additional payment, despite the fact that the proposed spa hotel has natural mineral baths and rooms, and probably the procedures there are much more expensive than at the Richard Spa Hotel. My friend Margarita Kovalenko and I were very pleased with the quality of service, food, and treatment. Thank you so much for everything. If you send a form to the Falkensteiner Spa Hotel, we will definitely fill it out. We hope for further cooperation, in any case we plan to visit Marianske Lazne again in 2020. The staff's attitude towards Russian-speaking clients from Germany is worse than towards Germans and Czechs. For guests on half board, soup and salad are offered for lunch. But we were refused. As we later found out, our hotel card was filled out incorrectly at the reception. In response to my polite request to speak with the hotel manager, the lady immediately switched to broken German and refused to discuss this with me. Considering also that it was my husband’s birthday, it left a very unpleasant impression. Ночной регистратор не записал слово «закуска» в карточке гостя, это слово было написано администратором, который был разрешен в первый день подачи заявки на закуски. Ежедневная портье не знает, что она будет переходить с русского на немецкий, потому что она лучше говорит по- русски. В принципе, отель предпочитает, когда гости платят за национальную валюту, т.е. Чешская крона Если гость просит оплату в евро, которую руководитель ресторана не обязан принимать из-за небольших сумм, они должны быть округлены. В следующий раз рекомендуем Вам сначала обменяет свою валюту согласно официальным тарифам и оплачивает в чешских кронах. Будем рады увидеть Вас снова в нашем отеле.

Dobrý den Anatoliy Poliansky Vyšetření a pohovor proběhlo standartně. Jako každého klienta jsem pána vyšetřila, přečetla si dovezenou dokumentaci a udělala si kopii. Vzhledem k tomu, že pán vyžadoval laboratoř, / tuto možnost stejně jako každý jiný hotel skutečně nemáme/ ,nabídla jsem mu posleze možnost se nechat dovyšetřit v městské nemocnici, kde je kromě laboratorních odběrů i řada dalších vyšetřovacích možností. Dlužno podotknout, že při tomto rozhovoru mi pán náhle vytrhl svoji léčebnou kartu / kterou jsem držela/ z ruky a bez vysvětlení utekl. Dále jsem pána již nekontaktovala. MUDr. Zorka Mašlová
