First time in this sanatorium, we have been to other sanatoriums in Druzkininkai, there is something to compare with. The location is great for those who love the city. I really liked the food in the restaurant, everything was very tasty. The room is big. The staff is friendly and polite. Excellent SPA. I would like to mention the girls masseuses Renata and Katerina. All physical procedures were carried out at the appointed time, the nurses take their duties responsibly. The hotel has its own large water park, which is open from 10:00 - 22:00, in which there were so many people, including children, that there was no opportunity to swim. Many people come with families from the city. The noise and screams of children. And this throughout the day! There wasn't even a place to hang a robe! The water is very chlorinated, and I started getting rashes and itching. I had to give up the pool and only visited the bathhouse and sauna. Children were always accommodated in the next room, noise and screams were constant.

Very attentive workers. During the procedures they are attentive and courteous. The resort is very clean. There is a comfortable relaxation room where you can relax immediately after the procedures. Mud baths are super, they don’t spare the mud. The restaurant has good food, two types of soup, lots of salads, dairy products, fresh cottage cheese. Cozy restaurant with white tablecloths on the tables. The rooms are cleaned well. I also liked the water park, various saunas. The outdoor sauna offers various programs (with a broom, with salt), and a knowledgeable physiotherapist conducts classes in a swimming pool with mineral water. I will definitely come here again.

The only thing that people who prefer peace and quiet need to keep in mind is that the sanatorium is located on the street and the windows often also face the street, along which cars drive and park from time to time. On the ground floor there are anti-allergenic rooms, there is a very uncomfortable bed and also a view of the street. For some reason they changed the room to a single room. . On the day of departure we were allowed to extend the room for a couple of hours without additional payment.Negatives
The sanatorium is not the first freshness and needs renovation. The water park for children is cool, but also far from new and rather shabby. The food is not tasty, especially for dinner. As a rule, the best option was for lunch, which many people do not order. In this sense, they were glad that they ordered three meals a day. I was surprised that there was no UV irradiation or modern inhalation. If you get sick, they won’t help you quickly.

We spent 2 weeks in Spa Hotel Druskininkai with complex treatment program and meals. It was wonderful. Front desk person Reda was very helpful, professional and nice, as well as all other hotel personal. The food was tasty, fresh with many healthy choices daily. With our conscious portion control, we couldn't refuse to fry all the local food and we enjoyed it. Hotel room has clean, spacious, with small refrigerator and tee pot. TV - a lot of Russian-speaking audience. It is clear that there are sanctions on Russian channels, but there are international channels with voice or text translation. For example, sports, Wild, National Geographic and so on. There are no channels in English and this is in our time. The sofa in the salon sank so that it was impossible to sit on it. Procedures - Mud applications, in the 21st century you go into the procedure naked. Not acceptable for hygiene reasons, not from an aesthetic point of view. There are disposable underpants (by the way, they are provided in other sanatoriums). I hope that someone from the administration will correct these problems.

уборка проводилась не на высшем уровне. во всяком случае- пыль и паутина на балконе-не самая хорошая рекомендация отелю еда на завтрак неплохая, но совершенно однообразная. ужины конкретно скудные и безвкусные. часто предпочитала питаться в кафе за свои деньги, хотя оплатила двухразовое питание и очень дорого. обидно, что даже знаменитый литовский холодник и национальные блюда- не присутствовали в меню! в свете того, что постояльцами отеля являются 99.9% израильтяне, как минимум необходимо было с этим считаться. а если в меню присутствуют сало и рыба сом, что является не кашерным, то большая часть постояльцев вообще не могли себе позволить питаться в ресторане. мне есть с чем сравнивать. в данном отеле останавливаюсь не впервые а моя сестра с семьей посещала данный отель 7 лет подряд другими словами: дорого (ровно в 2 раза дороже, чем до короны и даже а прошлом году). очень. и заставляет задуматься: стоит ли снова посещать данный отель!

Far from procedures. Disadvantages of the "sanatoriums" - they did not explain the need to order a day earlier due to arrival at night. They noticed it by chance and in the end it was resolved. We were completely distracted when the flight back to the runway was cancelled. Because of this, a loss of 560 €. Tickets were issued through sanatoriums/kiwi. We had to buy new ones ourselves. I don't see a return.

Compared to our last year's stay in this sanatorium, unfortunately, we have to note the following shortcomings: the room had old upholstered furniture, an uncomfortable mattress that was too soft, we couldn't even sit on the sofa, it was sinking and was completely unusable. The hairdryer is half broken. In the cafeteria, people were constantly asking for food to be replenished on the tables, and this had to be monitored by the kitchen staff.
